The primary role of the Job Coordinator/Client Service Representative (CSR) position is to manage all aspects of our clients’ projects through the project life cycle (estimate to invoicing). You will be the main point-of-contact between the client, various departments/other team members within our company, and outside vendors.
Successful candidates should have the following:
· Customer Service/basic Project Coordination experience (Minimum 2 to 3 years)
· High School or equivalent education
· Working knowledge of MS Office
· Verbal/written communication skills
· Ability to work with others and work independently as required
· Experience in print production and Graphics Communication is a plus
