Full Job Description

Location: Bedminster, NJ

Required Skills: Extreme Attention to Detail, Form Processing, Customer Service, Microsoft Office Products, Web-Based Software.

Kamine Technology Group, LLC is seeking to hire a qualified claim administrative specialist to join its Team in its Bedminster, New Jersey office. This position will be responsible for following an established procedure for processing claim forms for inbound and outbound requests. The successful candidate will be a part of a growing team to contribute to establish best practices and procedural standards. This position requires excellent communication skills and utilization of web-based technologies.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Prepare incoming and outgoing claim related mail for distribution.
Examine, sort, and scan incoming claimant and physician mail and fax responses.
Load and operate postage machinery.
Keep records of incoming and outgoing claim related mail, associated postage and delivery of mail to USPS.
Examine and process claims forms, documentation and reports, etc.
Comply with customer and company procedures.
Assist insurance clients with problems or questions regarding their claims and/or policies via phone and email.
Enter codes and verify data for computer processing.
Experience using Microsoft Office Products.
Experience using web-based software.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.

REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

1 to 3
