We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager for our corporate office in Irvine, CA. The selected candidate will be a motivated, career focused team player with a desire to work in a growing small to medium sized company. Additionally, our Project Managers are polished communicators that can stimulate internal and external cooperation, always mindful of project scope. The Project Manager acts as the liaison and leads the team of design, development, programming and engagement teams. Key responsibilities include the visualization, planning, development, testing, and delivery of projects applying a broad background and knowledge of business operations and web technology / solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Strong experience delivering high quality customer service and managing teams
- Ability to take a project from the initial conception as referenced in the proposal and continuing to develop the scope of the project through completion, to include, yet not limited to new project plans, resources allocation, tracking status, facilitating user acceptance testing
- Dedication to perform in a Deadline Driven Environment, with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
- Monitor industry best practices, emerging technologies and making recommendations on utilizing them
- Define and manage project deliverables such as scope, budget, schedule, and resources
- Contribute to a web road-map, looking beyond active projects
- Monitor and manage project progress using project plans, project milestones, and issue/risk management, while managing project scope and facilitating any necessary change requests
- Focus on project planning and budgeting responsibilities, including, yet not limited to the managing of budgets, timescales and resources

Required Experience

- Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and interact with a variety of clients
- Managing, coaching and leadership skills
- Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience working with time tracking software
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a web development, interactive technology environment, working on large projects with 5 - 10 team members and external stakeholders
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
