Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Construction & Fence Installation Technician to join our growing team. This position involves residential and light commercial construction projects with a focus on fencing, gates, concrete work, and general exterior construction services.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and can work under minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards and job site safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to join a team that values quality workmanship, reliability, and professionalism. Responsibilities:

Install wood, vinyl, chain-link, and farm fencing systems
Set fence posts, mix/pour concrete, and ensure accurate layout measurements
Assist with gate installation and exterior construction projects
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Follow project instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail on all projects

Qualifications:

2 Years experience in fencing installation or general construction required
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment, including augers, levels, saws, drills, and other power tools
Ability to lift and carry 80+ pounds regularly
Valid driver's license and transportation for required travel
Employer has attendance guidelines
Ability to read measurements and perform accurate layouts preferred

Schedule:

Full-time
Outdoor work environment

Pay: $19.00 per hour
