Full Job Description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and dependable? Do you enjoy working with data, coordinating projects, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time? If so, Benefit Allocation Systems, LLC ("BAS") would love to hear from you.

BAS is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Affordable Care Act (ACA) Services Team. This position supports the administration of ACA (health care reform) data collection and reporting services for employers across the country by assisting with data processing, quality control, reporting, and large-scale mailing projects.

This is a hybrid position; however, regular in-office work at our King of Prussia office is required during peak ACA reporting periods, particularly in January and February, as well as at other times throughout the year to support printing, mailing, and operational projects. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for BAS' Affordable Care Act (ACA) Services.
Process and review ACA-related data and perform quality assurance checks.
Reconcile data, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution of data issues.
Assist with the preparation and review of IRS reporting forms and related documentation.
Coordinate, organize, and execute client printing and mailing projects.
Work with the Programming Team to schedule and monitor print jobs.
Operate and oversee printing and mailing equipment during production periods.
Maintain mailing documentation, inventory, and project records.
Transport mailings to the post office as needed.
Assist other BAS departments with administrative projects during non-peak periods.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

College degree preferred or equivalent administrative experience.
Previous administrative, data processing, or office support experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing data.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Ability to maintain a secure and private remote work environment.
