Full Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and energetic applicant to join our expanding team. We partners with high value attorneys to evaluate and qualify potential client cases and provide rapid response intake services. You will be working hand-in-hand with our internal investigation team, outside firm case and intake managers, and very often directly with the attorneys themselves.

You will also have the opportunity to work with our development team offering feedback on our cutting edge CRM intake proprietary software and electronic e-sign technology.

We are a 24/7/365 operation, offering our clients with an ever growing range of specialized services. As we continue to expand across the country, growth opportunities and promotions will be available.

NECESSARY SKILLS:
-Phone or other sales experience
-Bilingual in Spanish/English
-Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential
-Able to multitask and prioritize work in a timely manner

COMPENSATION:
$23-24 based upon experience. Upon completion of
probationary period, compensation will be reevaluated and may be increased plus opportunity for performance incentives.

Schedule:

1) Week 1: Thur- Sat (8 pm- 9 am) then Week 2) Wed- Sat (8 pm- 8 am)

1) Week 1: Sun-Tues (8pm-9 am) then Week 2) Sun-Wed (8 pm- 8 am)
