Prep Cook | Scratch Kitchen | Full-Time

Nicollet Mall, Downtown Minneapolis

At Devil’s Advocate we don’t microwave excellence.

We are looking for a full-time Prep Cook to help keep our scratch kitchen running like a well-oiled machine.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys cooking from real ingredients, takes pride in organization, and understands that a great dinner service starts hours before the first guest walks through the door.

If hearing “mise en place” makes you smile instead of panic, we should probably meet.

Schedule

Sunday - Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Fridays & Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Consistent full-time hours every week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing fresh vegetables, proteins, sauces, dressings, and house-made recipes
Making fresh pasta, pizza ingredients, and other scratch components
Portioning and labeling product
Following prep lists while maintaining quality and consistency
Keeping an organized, clean, and efficient workstation
Helping set the line up for a successful service
Jumping in wherever the team needs you
