Full Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative serves as the link between marketing, customers, and the field sales team. The primary purpose of the role is to develop business opportunities remotely and accelerate the conversion of quotations into orders.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying opportunities, following up on quotations, and developing customer accounts through phone calls, emails, digital tools, and CRM systems.

The role contributes directly to revenue growth by increasing the number of qualified opportunities and improving quotation-to-order conversion rates.

The ideal Inside Sales Representative is customer-focused, proactive, highly organized, and motivated to drive business growth by building strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development by contributing to the development of lead generation with support from and by supporting the central marketing function.

Identify and qualify new prospects.

Detect customer projects, needs, and business opportunities.

Generate qualified appointments for field sales representatives.

Develop sales opportunities within existing customer accounts with a greater focus on after-sales service

Prospect new customers through phone calls, emails, and professional networks.

Qualify leads generated by marketing activities, trade shows, and other channels.

Local Marketing support

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or experience of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or customer-facing commercial roles.

Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineering, or technical products

Having worked in filtration is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions.

Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Professional English skills; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
