At Suhner, we are committed to innovation, quality, and strong customer partnerships. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help support sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our business across multiple product portfolios.

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support our Sales and Business Development teams by helping manage customer relationships, sales activities, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support customers by providing timely and professional communication
Assist with quotations, proposals, and RFQ submissions
Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM data
Support contract administration activities including updates and revisions
Coordinate return material authorizations (RMAs)
Assist with customer escalations and issue resolution
Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage house accounts and support ongoing account development
Collaborate with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams
Support sales projects, reporting, and marketing initiatives
Cross-train to support order entry, phone coverage, and web shop reporting across multiple product lines

What We’re Looking For Qualifications

Associate degree preferred or minimum of 5 years of related experience
Experience with ERP/MRP and CRM systems
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
