A growing and multi award winning Allstate Insurance Agency in the Buffalo Grove, IL area is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Licensed Sales Representative to become a key member of our agency team. As a licensed sales team member you will develop customer relationships to help sell and market auto, home and life insurance products to Illinois and Wisconsin families.

We seek an energetic professional, interested in helping our agency grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, making sales, and motivated to make money, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career. We offer a rewarding commission structure allowing you to earn $60k to $130K per year.

Our agency sets itself apart from all the other agencies by having an enjoyable, relaxed, and fun atmosphere to work in. The entire agency staff is treated like family!

Our goal everyday is to enjoy what we are doing, while also providing products that help our customers with their insurance needs. Selling does not have to be work, it can be a fun, rewarding career!

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet sales production goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Sales experience (at least 1 year preferred)
People-oriented and self-motivated
Must have Insurance license (or must be willing to obtain)
Previous customer service experience
