Duration: Permanent/Full Time (40 hours per week)

Pay/Salary: $149,781.00 year.

Job Duties:

Gathering the requirements, architect and design the Enterprise Applications Integration solutions for various UI and Web applications. Review the anticipated UI and get approval for UI development. Design and implement ross business process solutions, develop user interfaces using React JS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. Suggest database changes to achieve the changes in UI. Perform Unit Testing, System Integration testing and participate in quality assurance aspects of projects. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

Education Required:

Master's degree in Computer Science/ IT/ IS/Business or related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant/ IT Analyst/ Developer/ Programmer/ IT Engineer or closely related area.

Experience Required:

Experience should include at least Six(6) months working with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

Grow Softwares LLC’ Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to encourage Grow Softwares LLC’ employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at Grow Softwares LLC.

Eligibility

Current employees of Grow Softwares LLC are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.

Incentives Offered

If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 30 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $1000. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.

Referral Procedure

Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly. Upon meeting the requirements the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate name.
