Join Field Photo Connect – Independent Contractor Opportunities Nationwide

Field Photo Connect is expanding our nationwide network of professional field photographers and property inspectors. We are seeking dependable independent contractors to complete real estate photography and inspection assignments for lenders, appraisal companies, mortgage servicers, insurance companies, asset management firms, and real estate professionals.

If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working independently, we'd love to have you on our team.

Nationwide Opportunities

We are currently recruiting photographers in all 50 U.S. states.

Whether you cover a single county, a metropolitan area, or multiple states, we encourage you to apply.

Typical Photo Requirements

Requirements vary by client and assignment.

Property Data Collection / Hybrid Appraisal

Typical requirement: 10–25 photos

Occupancy Verification

Typical requirement: 5–8 photos

Construction Draw Inspection

Typical requirement: 20–80+ photos, depending on construction stage.

Equipment Requirements

Applicants should have:

Modern smartphone or digital camera capable of high-resolution photos
GPS-enabled smartphone
Reliable vehicle
Valid driver's license
Computer with internet access
Ability to upload photos the same day
Basic Google Maps navigation skills

Drone photography is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Complete assignments by the deadline
Follow client instructions carefully
Capture clear, properly framed photographs
Verify property addresses before photographing
Photograph only from public access unless otherwise authorized
Upload completed work promptly
Maintain professionalism while on-site
Communicate any issues immediately

Government-issued photo ID
W-9 (U.S. contractors)
Proof of auto insurance
Professional headshot
