We’re looking for a HVACR Subject Matter Expert who can transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences—from foundational principles to advanced applications. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of technical writers, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create innovative training systems that blend interactive eLearning with hands-on simulators.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop training outlines and hands-on procedures for new and existing HVACR learning systems
Partner closely with technical writers and creative teams to bring content to life
Translate real-world HVACR experience into practical, skill-building curriculum
Research emerging technologies, tools, and trends to keep content current and relevant
Contribute to training solutions that help learners build careers and improve their lives

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in HVACR, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field
5+ years of hands-on HVACR installation and troubleshooting experience (industrial or residential)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working on multiple projects

Preferred:

EPA 608 Certification
