Real Estate Marketing & Design Coordinator
Sandy, UT - $22.00 per hour — Full-Time, In-Office, W2, Non-Exempt
We are a growing real estate brokerage built around one simple philosophy: Agents First. Our mission is to help agents build their business, strengthen their personal brand, and provide marketing opportunities that help them stand out in a competitive industry. This is an IN OFFICE position and most work is creative flyers, mailing and social media campaigns with quick turn around and walk up orders.
We're looking for an energetic, creative, self-driven Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, embraces AI and technology, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
This is an in-office position in Sandy, Utah. We believe collaboration, culture, and agent support happen best face-to-face, so this is not a remote role.
Position Overview
This role is a blend of marketing, branding, event coordination, content creation, and light administrative support.
You will be responsible for helping onboard new agents, building and maintaining their personal brand, supporting company marketing initiatives, coordinating events and recognition programs, and ensuring our agents have the tools they need to succeed.
We're looking for someone who can maximize results using the systems, software, and resources already available within the company. The ideal candidate embraces AI and automation to work smarter, not harder, while remaining highly organized and self-managed.
ResponsibilitiesAgent Branding & Onboarding
- Assist with onboarding new agents.
- Create and maintain agent branding materials.
- Order and coordinate business cards, name badges, signage, and promotional materials.
- Set agents up on company systems, marketing platforms, and internal tools.
- Help agents establish a professional and consistent brand presence.
Marketing & Content Creation
- Create marketing materials for listings, events, recruiting, and company initiatives.
- Design flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Assist with property marketing, video promotion, and listing campaigns.
- Support company-wide branding efforts while helping agents grow their individual brands.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing channels.
AI & Marketing Technology
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, content creation, marketing workflows, and productivity.
- Stay current on emerging AI and marketing trends.
- Recommend process improvements using existing systems and technology.
- Maximize company resources before recommending additional software or expenses.
Event Marketing & Agent Recognition
- Coordinate and promote company events, trainings, celebrations, recruiting events, and community outreach.
- Manage event marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
- Order and coordinate swag, awards, plaques, gifts, and recognition items.
- Help create memorable experiences that strengthen company culture and agent engagement.
Administrative & Office Support
Because we are a collaborative, team-oriented company, everyone helps support the office experience. This position includes light administrative responsibilities such as:
- Greeting agents, guests, and visitors.
- Assisting with event setup and office organization.
- Helping maintain marketing inventory and supplies.
- Supporting team projects and special assignments.
- Providing general administrative support when needed.
QualificationsRequired
- Strong organizational and project management skills. (automated Calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating social media and digital marketing content.
- Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Openclaw or similar tools.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing AI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
- Real estate industry experience.
- Event planning or event marketing experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Graphic design experience.
- Video editing and content creation experience.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional event attendance outside normal business hours
Pay: $22.00 per hour
