Full Job Description

Role Overview

Boosted Commerce is a leading e-commerce portfolio company and the parent brand to multiple top-performing businesses across beauty, wellness, and supplements. Our brands—including Prime Labs Men’s Health, Happy Healthy Hippie, Vital Vitamins, and Asterwood Beauty—are among the fastest-growing in their categories on Amazon and TikTok Shop.

We are now actively building out the TikTok Shop Affiliate program for Prime Labs, a premium men’s wellness brand with a loyal, performance-driven audience. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the launch and growth of a new affiliate channel for a brand that already has strong organic and paid traction.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator who lives and breathes the supplement and wellness space, understands what content converts, and has hands-on experience launching and scaling TikTok Shop affiliate programs. You will be the engine behind creator recruitment, onboarding, briefing, and performance management—directly impacting GMV from day one.

The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship-builder, content strategist, and data-driven operator. You know how to spot a creator with real conversion potential, write briefs that produce winning content, and turn micro-creators into consistent revenue drivers.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Affiliate Program Launch & Management
Own the growth of the Prime Labs TikTok Shop Affiliate program, which recently launched—focused on recruiting and activating new creators to drive GMV at scale.
Own creator outreach, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing communication for Prime Labs and potentially additional brands in the Boosted Commerce portfolio.
Build and manage a growing roster of micro-creators who can authentically speak to men’s health, fitness, and supplement topics.
Ensure affiliates receive everything they need to succeed: product samples, creative briefs, talking points, compliance-safe claim guidance, and performance feedback.

Creative Briefing & Content Strategy

Write compelling, conversion-focused creative briefs tailored to the Prime Labs brand voice—covering hooks, formats, key claims, and CTAs.
Stay on top of what’s trending in the health, fitness, and supplement categories on TikTok and translate those insights into actionable creator direction.
Review creator content submissions and provide specific, constructive feedback to improve hooks, retention, and conversion rates.
Identify top-performing angles, formats, and creators and funnel those learnings back into the broader briefing and recruitment strategy.

Creator Recruitment & Contracting

Proactively source and qualify micro-creator candidates using platforms such as Kalodata, FastMoss, TikTok Affiliate Center, and manual discovery.
Evaluate creators based on niche fit, engagement quality, conversion history, and alignment with the supplement and men’s health space.
Manage the contracting process for paid partnerships and sample-only arrangements—from offer structuring to agreement execution.
Build a scalable pipeline of ready-to-activate creators to support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor affiliate KPIs weekly: GMV, ROAS, videos posted, conversion rate, and creator activity levels.
Assist in structuring and executing incentive programs, flash bonuses, and performance challenges to drive volume and creator engagement.

Cross-Brand Collaboration

Work closely with the broader Influencer & Affiliate team to align TikTok Shop strategy
Support influencer events, brand activations, and content shoots.
Contribute to creator community communications including Discord updates, and program announcements.

Requirements

1–3+ years of hands-on affiliate or influencer marketing experience with direct TikTok Shop management—required. Candidates without TikTok Shop experience will not be considered.
Proven track record launching or significantly scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate program, including creator recruitment, onboarding, and GMV growth.
Deep familiarity with the health, wellness, and supplement space.
Experience writing creative briefs that drive conversion.
Hands-on experience contracting micro-creators: negotiating terms, managing agreements, and handling the operational side of paid partnerships.
Strong understanding of performance metrics: GMV, ROAS, conversion rate.
Excellent written communication skills—you can write outreach DMs, creator briefs, and performance summaries with equal clarity.
Highly organized with the ability to manage a large creator roster and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Based in or near Los Angeles, CA — required. This is a hybrid role with 1 day/week in-person.

Preferred Experience

Experience with TikTok Shop partner tools: FastMoss, Kalodata, UpTik, and Refersion.
Background working specifically with men’s supplement, sports nutrition, or fitness brands.
Prior involvement in building large-scale affiliate ecosystems or creator community programs.
Comfort working with AI tools—such as Claude—to accelerate outreach drafting, content analysis, performance reporting, and brief creation. Candidates who actively leverage AI in their workflow are strongly preferred.

Hourly Rate: $24.50 - $25/hr.
