Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and cost control. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Primavera, coordinating all phases of construction scheduling and timeline adjustments.
Oversee cost management activities, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and communication.
Review blueprints, schematics, Civil 3D models, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality standards, and regulatory adherence; conduct regular site inspections.
Lead project meetings, manage team performance in managing complex infrastructure projects, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a focus on heavy civil or infrastructure projects.
Strong proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Primavera; experience with Construction scheduling is essential.
Familiarity with construction estimating tools like HeavyBid; ability to develop accurate cost estimates.
Skilled in managing teams within a construction management role; excellent leadership and communication skills.
Deep understanding of construction regulatory compliance requirements and safety standards.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and Civil 3D models effectively; experience with Construction site experience is preferred.
Knowledge of contracts management, construction budget management, and project coordination processes.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
