Primary Responsibilities:

Plan and manage onboarding of new digital properties, workflows, and processes
Coordinate activities between Product, Engineering, Training, and Support teams
Create project plans, timelines, and communication updates
Identify project risks and drive mitigation strategies
Ensure support teams have needed tools, documentation, and training prior to launch
Track and report implementation progress to leadership

Required Qualifications:

High Scholl Diploma/GED
1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
1+ years of experience with organizational and planning skills
6+ months of experience with digital products, identity workflows, or call center operations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
