Full Job Description

Immediate need for a talented Production Support Analyst. This is a 12 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Richmond VA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $35- $40/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace and Tivoli Netcool
Manage incidents, alerts, and event escalations in production environments
Troubleshoot application, Unix/Linux, and JVM-related issues
Perform root cause analysis and support problem management activities
Ensure system stability, availability, and performance
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams
Follow ITIL-based incident and problem management processes

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must have skills: - Production Support, Unix/Linux, Application Monitoring
Production Support / Event Incident Management (EIM)
Dynatrace & Tivoli Netcool Monitoring
Unix/Linux & JVM Support
ITIL-based Incident & Problem Management
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
