User Experience & Interface Designer

We partner with organizations to design websites and digital platforms that balance usability, accessibility, business objectives, and visual quality. We’re looking to build relationships with thoughtful designers who care as much about outcomes as aesthetics.

About This Collaboration

We're building a network of UX / UI specialists who may contribute to future client engagements on a project-by-project basis.

Areas of Contribution:

Design intuitive user experiences across websites and digital platforms
Translate business goals and user needs into clear interaction patterns
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual concepts

Contribute to accessibility, usability, and conversion improvements
Collaborate with platform specialists and stakeholders to bring concepts to life
Present and communicate design decisions with confidence and clarity
Support iterative improvement through feedback and testing

Helpful Experience:

Professional UX, UI, product, or digital design experience
Portfolio demonstrating process and outcomes; not just visuals
Experience creating responsive experiences across desktop and mobile
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Experience with prototyping and design systems
Ability to simplify complex ideas into intuitive experiences
Comfort collaborating with developers and business stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication

Ideal Fit:

Strong portfolio with case studies or examples
Thoughtful approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
