You won't be prospecting cold or working a recycled list. Every lead is an established local business with a strong reputation and 4-star-plus Google reviews that has a clear, fixable gap: no website, a broken or down site, or a dated DIY site that's costing them customers. These are real companies with real revenue and an obvious reason to take your call. Your job is to show them the gap and guide them to a fix. The leads are yours to keep as long as you work with WCS, including every future upsell, and your commission is uncapped.

We're not a template shop. Our sites are custom built, designed around how each business actually works, which is why they stand out and why our deals carry real value.
We're founder-led and systems-driven. We've built proprietary tools that power our lead generation, our sales process, and our service delivery, including a custom lead scoring engine, an in-house sales CRM with built-in follow-up automation, and an optional AI sales coach. We're scaling our sales team as the next phase of growth, and we're looking for a few strong reps to grow with us.
The Role
This is a performance-driven outbound sales role for someone who wants real autonomy and a real book of business. You'll reach out to local and regional service businesses, start real conversations with owners, and guide deals through to close.
Because of how we source leads, you're never working a generic list and hoping something connects. Every business on your list is proven, reputable, and has a clear reason to talk to you. You bring the conversation and the close.
We trust our reps to be self-managing. Whether you're a one-call closer or you prefer booking appointments and walking clients through pricing, we're not here to micromanage your style. You take leadership of your pipeline. We give you the tools and the leads.
This is not a side gig or an evening project. We're looking for someone ready to start within 1 to 2 weeks and put in real hours from week one. If you're juggling other commitments or testing the waters, this isn't the right fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to curated, pre-qualified businesses
- Engage inbound leads pre-qualified by our AI receptionist
- Run discovery conversations with owners and decision-makers
- Present solutions clearly and confidently over phone or Zoom
- Manage your pipeline from first contact through close
- Sell in whatever style works best for you: one-call close, appointment booking, or pricing follow-up, whatever fits the client
- Use our built-in 5-touch follow-up cadence for leads that don't answer or aren't ready yet (it's there for you, not a requirement)
- Track activity, notes, and deals in our custom sales CRM
- Own your book of business and work 30, 60, and 90-day upsells
A serious rep working a focused day usually lands around 100+ calls. We care more about real hours and quality conversations than chasing a dial count. Show up consistently and the numbers take care of themselves.
What You'll Be Selling
- Custom websites ($1,500 to $3,500+)
- AI voice receptionists (starting at $5,000 setup)
- SEO blog systems and content engines
- Local landing page systems ($1,500 to $7,500+)
- Hosting, maintenance, and growth services
- Custom builds and web applications, like inventory systems, booking tools, and customer portals (scoped per project, often well into five figures)
You can focus on single-product sales while you ramp, then expand into bundles and upsells as you build your book. The AI receptionist is a strong add-on for almost any service business and a major commission multiplier.
Lead Ownership (This Matters)
Once a lead is assigned to you, it stays in your book as long as you're with the company. Follow-up cadences, 30/60/90-day upsells, and future expansions on that account all belong to you. You're building a real book of business, not chasing one-off commissions.

The AI coach is optional. It's there if you want feedback. All calls are recorded and transcribed automatically through our system. This is standard for compliance.
Every lead list is scrubbed for compliance before it reaches you, so you're always calling clean and you're covered.
Compensation
- 20% commission per closed deal
- Paid weekly on payments received that week
- Projects are typically 50% on deposit and 50% on launch, so you see commission on both as they come in
- Typical commission per deal: $300 to $1,400+
- Bundled deals and AI receptionist sales push commissions higher
- Uncapped earning potential
Realistic Earnings
For a consistent rep working the system: $5,000 to $10,000+ per month within 60 to 90 days. Top performers who bundle AI receptionists with web builds and work the 30/60/90-day upsell cadence earn significantly more. And when a client needs something custom built, those are some of the biggest single deals on the board, the kind that can pay out thousands on one close.
