Job Description

As a Photographer and Graphic Designer at Kareway Product Inc., you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of our products, creating visually appealing graphic designs for our marketing materials, and ensuring that all visual content aligns with our brand identity. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to create compelling content that drives customer engagement and enhances our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

Create visual assets for social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand campaigns
Develop platform-specific content for social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Design Amazon-related assets, including product listing images, A+ Content, Storefront visuals, and promotional banners
Participate in the planning and production of various video content, including short-form videos, promotional videos, and product-focused videos
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to propose and execute brand content ideas
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content in alignment with brand guidelines
Participate in content production, including photo and video shoots
Be comfortable appearing in social media or brand content when needed
Respond flexibly to last-minute design requests and shifting priorities
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in an organized manner
Stay up to date with design trends, social media content trends, and the K-Beauty market

Required Qualifications

A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma
Experience creating visual content for social media
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and branding
Ability to optimize image sizes and formats for different platforms
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while incorporating feedback
Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and responsive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and urgent requests
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable participating in photo and video shoots or appearing on camera when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating Amazon-related assets, including product listing images, A+ Content, and Storefront visuals
Familiarity with K-Beauty brands, the beauty industry, or skincare and cosmetic products
Interest in K-Beauty visual trends and consumer preferences
Experience creating beauty-related content, product detail pages, or advertising assets
Experience editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
Familiarity with video editing and short-form content tools such as After Effects or CapCut
Experience with 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or SketchUp
Experience producing short-form content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
Experience with product photography, lifestyle content, or e-commerce brands
Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements
Proven ability to take initiative and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Pay: $24.26 - $29.21 per hour
