Full Job Description

Job SummaryUnder supervision, machine operators will ensure the safe, efficient operation of various production and sterilization equipment to meet quality and output standards while working with a team to maintain high product quality.Job DescriptionMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESMachine Operation & Maintenance:<ul><li>Operate, monitor, and set up various production and packaging equipment safely.</li><li>Perform minor maintenance and repairs; address equipment issues and involve maintenance when necessary.</li></ul>Quality Control:<ul><li>Verify correct inserts, labels, and pouches for each lot.</li><li>Check product output for quality and accuracy; adjust processes to maintain high quality.</li><li>Document machine attributes and parameters on required forms and logs.</li></ul>Packaging & Handling:<ul><li>Weigh products before packaging; operate equipment to process and package materials.</li><li>Load and transport finished products; seal and verify packaging integrity.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Communicate with packers on the line status and new jobs.</li><li>Fill out requisition forms for shortages and scrap components; complete scrap reports.</li><li>Assist in maintaining proper line clearance; perform backup duties and other projects as assigned.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area; ensure orderly housekeeping.</li><li>Complete regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.</li></ul>Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The anticipated salary range for this position:$17.25 - $25.00 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
