We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead and manage testing activities in support of the design, development, and implementation of large, complex systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in quality assurance methodologies, and hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.

Responsibilities and Contributions:
- Lead and oversee testing teams to plan, design, and execute testing strategies across large-scale, complex projects
- Analyze requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Coordinate testing activities across cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks
- Ensure quality and compliance of systems leveraging HL7/FHIR standards and healthcare data exchange protocols
- Identify, track, and resolve defects while ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA team members
Experience
- Proven experience leading testing teams on large-scale projects
- Strong experience in integrated, functional, regression, and performance testing
- Hands-on experience with HL7 and FHIR-based systems and healthcare data interoperability
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or four (4) or more years of relevant work experience
Nice to have:
- Experience with the Federal Government/HHS and/or the healthcare domain is a plus.
- Additional Certifications
- Experience supporting federal or government programs
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, EHR data, and interoperability frameworks
- Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
