I've done sales for 10 years, quite successfully. However, there is a reason this industry is sometimes referred to as a "Revolving Door"
It's companies like 100Insure.

I worked here for a little over a week. It was obvious that the trainers and Supervisors were not prepared for the training classes. Often sending us to the incorrect zoom break out rooms or flat out forgetting about us.

Week one was powerpoints and confusion but i guess the product info was given.

The scedule change was not though. It wasn't until the 2nd day of week 2 that they toold em my schedule changed. I was never notified and I was blamed for not "just knowing"

The work itself is typical. But the expectations are that you be at peak performance with little to no guidance immediately in nesting. 

I was told I was let go for not meeting the sales quota by day 2 on the phones. For those that do not know, "Nesting" refers to a training period where you take calls but are under direct supervision of a trainer. We were not under supervision. We were thrown on the production floor and expected to perform like teniored agents before we have a chance to get to know the leads or the call flows.

100Insure also uses a tactic of placing the blame on you. For example they will disregard the fact that I have been a top performer for several sales companies during the last 10 years and default to "Sales isn't for everyone"

I've done this for 10 years. I recognize a terrible company when I see one. I cant imagine what their actual turnover is. But if you signed a job offer you are not afforded job security. The chances of being let go by this job are high.

Make no mistake. You are disposable. You are a number. You are replacable and the high turnover is likely by design. 

This company has no ethics.

A typical work day is me coming in by 9:30am and leaving around 6pm, they don't force anybody to stay after 6pm if you do not want too. We also take our breaks on our own time. We all control our own checks, so what ever we work we get paid for I like that it keeps you held accountable. I learned to be more understanding and that everybody in the world is going through something no matter how old you are. Management is good there's new faces that wasn't here when I started so I cannot give an review on that yet but so far they all are wonderful. Workplace culture is amazing, I haven't had an issue with anyone here. Everybody be there self and do what they do. The hardest part is getting hung up on or the rude ones who doesn't know how to just nicely say do not call and staying on the phone at the for 8 hours without moving. I enjoy the job it's nice for my personally and let's me keep helping people. Also the company is just amazing to the point I wouldn't leave but I would want to move up within the company and help make it better.

Training was poor, lasting not even two days fully. You were then thrown into calls and expected to do well, it was clear you were competing with classmates to do the best. Though their system is poor and it's purely luck based on if you hit someone willing to be "transferred" and if they stay on the line long enough to count. 

Compensation is really poor, and they entice you with a bonus structure that requires again luck and bending over backwards to get any sort of livable wage. 

You have little communication with anyone, the only thing they care about are number of transfers, and number of transfers that stayed for x time. They broadcast the numbers of every agent to everyone, so if you have a bad day - expect to be front and center.

As for hours? If you aren't performing, time to go home. If you are performing you can only stay as long as they aren't cut off by the insurance companies, which normally happened 3-4 hours into shift. On top of that it's not full time its 37.5 hours a week - something they don't tell you, and that's IF you get all your hours which guaranteed you won't. 

I have been with this company for about nine months and in different areas within it as well.  They have worked with me as far any issues I was having without judgement etc. when life showed up.  I have learned a lot along the way and encouraged me to my fullest potential as A employee.  The benefits they offered after my 90 days was amazing I was able to do things I have always wanted to get done for myself.  Working here has definitely opened so many doors for my and improved my life in every way and will always be grateful for this company and what they have done for me. And will carry what I have learned with me moving forward as I build my future I would highly recommend working here to anyone.  As A matter of fact I have referred friends that work within the company and they love their job as well. I find joy in that.   Thank You 

I have been employed at 100Insure for almost 2 years, I love that we help people on a daily basis getting connected with agents to find them the best plan for their needs. My manager is great she listens to us takes in our feedback and ideas to better our work environment and our workload. The company cares about us so much that they even have a pastor onsite that we can talk to. They have weekly meetings of encouragements and to make sure our head space is good because they know we all have life outside of work. My typical workday is 9:30-6, but that is the shift for my department shift time may vary. They train very good here and ensure that you are prepared to take or receive phone calls. This is not cold calling which is a plus these are consumers that submitted a survey online asking for help with benefits.  

A normal day starts out @9:30am,sometime we have shoutouts @9:17am. Management is always providing motivation in different things, like incentives,pizza,vision boards,goals. There is no dress code. The hardest part is learning the right dispo. The moral is good everyday. They are concerned with your mental, they provide lifeskilled coaching on site, we can talk with the counselor for 1hour & be paid while discussing our issues to be a better version of ourselves. They promote from within, we have meetings on Thursday morning this meeting is really good to help build your self esteem, they engage with us daily, the overall atmosphere is encouraging, I make a good income.

I started on the phones with great training and product knowledge. I had never worked in the Medicare industry prior to this position.  I had a tremendous amount of customer service experience. I believe because of this it gave me the opportunity for advancement with this company.  I have advanced to another position due to my diligence.  I was working in the office because of health issues they now allow me to work remotely. Tank you 100 Insure for this great opportunity.

You are pestering the elderly to change their plans and lying about benefits available to them.  Benefits vary depending on where you live and you pretty much tell everyone there’s new benefits available to them when there isn’t. When placed on DNC we just call from different numbers. You can have a really good week or month but if you have a bad day or week your job is on the line when it’s just luck who you talk to. This job is a scam and the business should be closed.

A typical day starts out fun and team building to get everyone ready for the day. I have learned how to succeed and be the best rep I can be. The management is second to none, always working with you and making sure your your best self. The hardest part of the job I would say is how much your cheeks hurt from smiling all day. I believe every part of this job is enjoyable.
