What is the best part of working at the company?
One of the best parts of the job is the team — my coworkers are supportive, hardworking, and great to be around. It creates a positive environment where everyone is willing to help each other succeed. The work itself is very rewarding, especially knowing that what we do makes a real difference in people’s lives. It’s definitely a fast-paced environment, and you often have to juggle multiple responsibilities at once, but that also keeps the job engaging and helps you grow professionally. People here work hard and take on a lot of responsibility, which really speaks to the level of dedication across the company. Overall, it’s a great place to work if you’re looking for meaningful work, a strong team, and an environment that challenges you to stay on top of your game.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful aspect is managing multiple responsibilities at once in a fast-paced environment.

I’ve worked at a lot of Home Care Agencies throughout the years and  basically they are all the same however I did believe 365 was better then most but when actually hired was somewhat disappointing.  The office is ran by all man basically, one or two women which is fine but there is such a lack of communication between service coordinators, they seem to want HHA but once they get hired unless you luck out and grab a steady client within your first few fill in shifts your going to be constantly requesting shifts which I don’t understand at all. They expect that your automatically going to work on Holidays an they don’t give you the respect enough to ask if you want to work the holiday.
I was never told if I have sick time or vacation time nothing and I was hired October of 2020 The pay is alright only adds up if you have a client with a lot of hours .
The only reason I’m still working with them is my client,  she’s the best and I wouldn’t trade her for anything!

My experience at 365 Health was, for the most part, positive and professionally engaging. I was placed on a fast track for promotion early on and regularly entrusted with responsibilities beyond my formal role. I supported management across a wide range of tasks, stepped in wherever needed, and consistently demonstrated commitment to the organization and its goals.

Unfortunately, despite a strong overall performance record, my employment ended abruptly after a single mistake. There was no meaningful corrective process, no proportional response, and no opportunity to learn or recover. The decision felt inconsistent with the trust and responsibility I had previously been given.

I believe organizations are best served when they distinguish between patterns of behavior and isolated errors, especially with employees who have demonstrated loyalty, initiative, and capability.

I hope the company reflects on how it balances accountability with fairness.

For the most part it was great and then the communication stopped I let it go just to see what would happen and no communication as far as needing to speak with CSM's.  Just felt like it was a huge lack of communication and  huge let down when it stopped.    Everyone is extremely friendly easy to get along with, that part of it was great until like I said communication stopped , my client was cutting hours or canceling all together and I just could not survive on minimal hours as client gradually decreased and/ or canceled a whole day OR simply didn't answer the door /bell (phone) when I arrived.    
When I explained this to a few people in office and asked about more clients,  I was told I would be called back that day and would hopefully start another and never heard anything back, - to- this - day !   🤔🥺

A typical day at work is really productive.
I work in the health care industry also in the home care industry.
I work with senior citizens all hands on. I take Vitals in the comforts of their homes. I also assist with feeding and meal preparation. I also do home daily activities such as: laundry, cleaning areas, like the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms. I learned to have Patience in this line of work. Also I get along with the other aides and we problem solve together as a team. The hardest part of the job is keeping your patience and the most enjoyable part of the job being able to help and extend my services to people that really needs help and seeing their faces when they are satisfied with my work.

Since starting with 365, I've learned so many valuable skills from the incredible leadership team, met dozens of amazing colleagues, was one of the many promotions in 2022, and even helped get my best friend hired to our office team!

The company culture, team camaraderie and positive energy is evident the moment you walk in the door, and the best part is that everyone is genuinely passionate about helping our employees, clients, community and each other succeed. Hard work is definitely recognized, rewarded and celebrated and there are continuously evolving growth opportunities in all office locations. 

A great opportunity to grow within the role. teaches a lot of lessons that easily can be applied to any role. training is slightly lacking and consists of someone showing you something once and asking you to do it with no supervision. Not the most efficient but it does teach you to be resourceful. Overall good experience for a job right after school, benefits/pay is low but culture is usually good. wish they had better remote work options and parental leve, very little flexibility compared to other jobs. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
It was one that used to be so rude sometimes , for no reason at all … simply just the way he’d speak to people but other than that the job was fine

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When they get upset that you can’t work a client that someone else was originally scheduled to but called out or just didn’t want that client lol 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Idk only been in the building once! And that was for orientation 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very Rushed!!! And Anxious lol

I have greatly enjoyed joining the ID Services/ODP team at 365. Our leadership is very supportive and always encouraging us to improve services for both our clients and the DSPs that work with us. It has been refreshing to work somewhere with an engaged team that is always ready to jump in and help one another. 

There is occasionally work to be done after-hours, but it does not feel like a chore. Expect a constant need for communication not only with office staff but also with families, clients, DSPs, and supports coordinators. 

I do not recommend anybody apply for a job with them. Management we'll talk over you when you're answering a question because they just want to answer to their question. They just want bodies in place -not qualified bodies. They will tell you that you have an assignment and then there's literally no follow-up and then when you call back you get somebody else who tries to shove another assignment on you. They do not care about their workers and they will not pay you what you're worth
