My typical day at work consist of working with a autistic child.  He's very active, like really active and with him being 10 years old makes it better.  Brings back a lot of my imagination being the fact that I have to play with him, talk with him although its sort of difficult, and take him places.  I learned to keep outburst to a minimal and I know that he likes super heroes such as the avengers and batman so throughout the day we watch Netflix.  I really enjoy spending time with my client.  the co workers are cool his parents are cool.  the hardest part of the job to me is when he doesn't want to go to bed he's not allowed to watch tv going to bed but at times he yells batman or hulk smash repeatedly wanting to watch television.  I bought him a book with my own personal money and a few comic books but reading them at night and doing the voices can be very tiring and frustrating.  but the most enjoyable thing about the job is playing and bringing back my imagination

Clients are really nice folks, but basically you are just a housekeeper, literally you just clean and do laundry. The pay rate for Hamilton cnty employees are ridiculously low compared to if you work in let’s say Middletown, I’m talking like almost 5 dollars difference in pay! The office guy is EXTREMELY rude, he snapped at multiple employees during orientation.. I couldn’t believe it! Between low pay rate and short hours it wasn’t worth my time or energy. They definitely need someone more friendly at their front desk. Also there was no interview process, and you pay 30 bucks for the background check up front and as long as you can pass background they’ll hire you. I would not recommend working here because of the pay but other than that the clients was really nice

The first time I was there couple years then took a break from nursing Miss it and went back 4 years 
Iater most most important thing about the job is to have a heart to be respectful like it was your family member and clock in/out be on time keep the scheduling updated with any problems in the clients home for your personal life if you don't have people skills that's your kind of job

A miracle use to be a great place to work but they can't keep clients or aids they even change office employees Soo much that Yu talk to a new person everyday. The clients that they do have are very polite people but they get fed up to. One man says he called the office to check on his replacement they hung up on him and sent me almost a week later. They also play with our checks we were supposed to be paid every other Friday which we were but your check will be deposited into your account Friday at 10 p.m. which was a whole disaster if you have kids and bills

I can't even think of anything honestly. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing. I would not recommend this company.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They are not american. Their english is hard to understand.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go to your clients house and do your job.

Worked with this company for years. Drove my own vehicle no compensation for gas unless the client was not home. No raises or advancement even with years under the belt. Poor evaluation of clients - bad experiences with this company as an aide as far as clientele. Upper management related and speaks minimal english. Would not return to this particular home health agency ever again.

It's like a family atmosphere.

I don't feel any stress working at A Miracle Homecare.

The atmosphere is very relaxed.

I come to work and start calling people to come in to apply for home health aide positions.

If you need a work life balance job this is the job for you. Some clients are hard to work for, it’s nice not having to work with a bunch of different personalities at one time like at most jobs. Not hard labor, just have to show up and do your job as you would have someone do for you. The company is understanding and patient.

Didn't like the fact company did not pay for mileage. If a client cancelled services then hours would just be lost with no compensation. Paid biweekly which made it hard to have money to provide for family and also go to work because all of my check would go to my gas tank. Really was a lose lose situation.

i learned helping others with needs are very kind cause some people get frustrated and give up.thats when ii feel i can step up and help someone to prevent that.
