Publicly the company acts like it’s rapidly growing and at the forefront of the industry. Internally they are a mess and have no idea what to do with the company.  We were told that a massive deal was in the works for months just for it to fizzle to nothing and leadership acted like they had never mentioned it. Worked on multiple projects while I was there and only one actually made it to completion. During that time the company has shank to half its size from its peak with 3 rounds of layoffs in a year.

The company burns money by throwing everything at the wall. They want a fully designed and spec’d system months before a contract is signed. So hundreds of man hours go into developing a customer solution only for it to be shelved or cannibalized for the next failed project.

No one there is happy and even without the layoffs they were hemorrhaging staff who were smart or talented enough to go else where.

The new rebrand is them trying to hit a home run by selling entire facilities instead of individual robots. I don’t know how that will work since they couldn’t sell individual robots an any meaningful numbers. 

Potential employees need to avoid this company unless you want a short term job or a massive headache

There is no typical work day.  Every day is something different. It makes the job interesting. I've become familiar with the recycling process and the industry. Managers are transparent about the business problems as well as the opportunities. They expect the same. The workplace culture is emphasizes the need for  team effort and mutual respect. The rapid updates and changes are the hardest part of the job. Sometimes there is a disconnect with upper managements expectations and the practical conditions in the plant. However, when there are problems there is always opportunities to discuss disagreements and ideals. Ideals are often implemented to help with improvements. The most enjoyable part of the job is when we successfully work through changes and improvements

What is the best part of working at the company?
I worked for amp and they fired all of their good to keep certain employees and take away our pay and they are not doing bad business right now I would never go back I was making 21$ now they want the people they let go to come and work for 17 and 18

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The people that run the company is the reason the company failed at its goals can’t sail products I worked there and I ran their bailer and did a great job at it it’s their fault they can’t sell the product 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s just like any other job some people get paid to work hard and some people get paid to do nothing and those are the people the company chooses to keep that place made it clear that they do not want to be a great company 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I went there every day and did a great job while everyone they had running the bailer no one could run 40 tons I ran 46 tons they fired me for someone that could only bail 20 tons

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is always something to do. So, you never get bored. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Making sure that the production bales produced meet the standards and requirements of the customers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's a familyesque atmosphere. There is always a morning meeting at the start of the shift.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unloading trucks via forklift or placing bales for sortation into the reducer or picking up newly produced bales for customers. Sweeping up trash is a part of the job.

What is the best part of working at the company?
If you like doing all sorts of extra work not in the job description and NOT GETTING PAID FOR IT by management then you'll love this place.

ALL THE UNCOMPENSATED UNAPPRECIATED EXTRA WORK I DID GAVE ME HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Management was horrible and unqualified but good co-workers

Hectic due to mismanagement and employee firings without replacements which led to overwork and burnout

Poor management and tons of layoffs

Wondering each day if you will be laid off because you watched others who questioned management get laid off.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor work culture and the work environment while alright was toxic at times to prove your worth before the next round of layoffs

When I started they were in the start-up stages.  The management was struggling with some of the demands.  Now that they have been in business for a longer period, maybe they are doing a better job managing the company.  

The management only wants high production numbers with no real plan of getting them. Most of the employees are clueless on how the system is ran and are not trained, so they spend most of the day guessing what they are supposed to do. There is no workplace culture, no one is held accountable for their actions.

Great company that cared about the whole team. Management from CEO down were all all awesome people. Great culture and I looked forward to going to work every day!

Alot of management are quick to throw lesser employees under the bus instead of training and holding people accountable.  Not trustworthy or reliable.  Great pay and good schedule.  But to have longevity,  you have to kiss up and be ready to throw people under the bus.
