What is the best part of working at the company?
The only thing that was pleasant about this job was the people I worked with.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Where to start lack of leadership, Communication, any semblance of support from management.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is absolute trash the worst kind of commitment for the least amount of bearable pay. The culture is all a lie no core values are actually followed, the corporate office is out for its self an that's it they use and abuse employees and steal from them when they leave they treat their customers as banks of money to extract as much as possible. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Working a 12 hour day and being paid for 8.

Unequal treatment of employees was my biggest problem. Combine that with the long hours that are not compensated for fairly makes for a very unsatisfying work experience. Working outside is a plus and during the slow season the environment is pretty relaxed. Manager was not fit for the fast-paced environment in terms of literal knowledge of the work that needed done or leadership and employee management. The salesman ran the show.
Corporate would try to fast talk/confuse/belittle you if you had concerns especially if it was involving compensation. 

I would recommend this job for internships. Part-time can make decent money during spring/fall and learn a lot if you apply yourself.

They will tell you everything that you want to hear. When it comes down to decisions they’ll either tell you what you want to hear and it’ll never happen or they’ll say they have no clue what they are talking about. Individual locations are amazing places to work with the people and customers. The management makes it a living nightmare. They never own up to their word and will give you the run around every time you ask for help if you’re behind or give you some big speech about how it’s a challenge you have to face as opposed to helping you figure out the problem.

Variety. Always something different to do

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Low pay. Raises are minimal. Field concerns. Don't want to mess up customers crops

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Most employres will jump in and do whatever needs done. No disciplinary action taken for those that don't  work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends on time of year.  When in the field its go, go ,go. Long hrs, and no weekends off. When not in fields its shop time with reg hrs

Love working at Agriland, it has really helped me grow as an individual but also in a team environment. The pension is a rare benefit hardly found in today’s work place. Agriland is growing in major ways in many areas of business. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is there is a new challenge daily, if you commit to the organization the organization will commit to you. 



I would not recommend working here. Management is lacking leadership and individuals will make promises that they absolutely will not keep. I was a good employee, but got burned too many times by certain individuals. Turn over rate is high, 1) because of pay 2) because of management 
They will push you to be salary and work you like crazy. 

Agriculture gives you the opportunity to do different things.  Must realize some times of the year very busy but other times flexible work schedule.

I have witnessed many team members move up in their careers.   Company works hard to promote from within

The place is horrible, no training, no standards, no accountability. Safety program is a joke. Only plus side is there is no preset start and stop times. Everyone there is running some sort of scam on the company because it is so far behind the times it is unbelievable. 

40-85 hours weekly doing simple odd jobs if you're mechanically inclined. Definitely a workers job. not getting compensated for the hours over 40 doesn't make up for the lax atmosphere the majority of the time.

Dealing with or working with the customers is where the best part of the job comes in. Lack of equipment and tools with expectations of just getting it done, without questions. Claim to train but most of the management staff doesn't understand what you do on a daily basis. Better off teaching yourself on what and how to do things.
