I used to love and appreciate this company and its core values. I felt a sense of importance and inclusion. I felt that the CEO and executive team went above and beyond for the organization; and I still do. The products and services this organization offers are immaculate and unmatched. I loved the "Free Lunch Thursdays" where lunch was provided by the executives every week before COVID sent us all home.I appreciate the ability to have kept a job during this pandemic. However, the joy in working in Financial Services was short-lived.

Managerial value has declined tremendously while it has increased in its number of team members. There is a disgusting display favoritism and employees who bend over backwards are treated with the least respect; they are low on the totem pole. There is minimal room for growth and advancement unless you are one of the favorites. The VP and Director of Financial Services believe in hiring outsiders for jobs instead of hiring the dedicated and knowledgeable veteran employees. They both have slave-master mentalities and expect for some employees to bow down and submit to  unreasonable, unattainable, unnecessary, and overwhelming requests from other departments. One employee in particular was able to monopolize, terrorize, and display hostility while accruing so many occurrences that she was given a final warning. Yet she still managed to throw hissy fits and get her way. 

My parting from this company was bittersweet because it wasn't on my own terms, but it was high time that I left. I am on the path to better opportunities and I still wish the company success in all its endeavors.

As with all jobs/organizations, it matters what your job function and department is. I don't want to give the organization a complete "F" as a whole but as for my department I give it a "C-". Some days I give it a "D". The job I interviewed for turned out not to be the "dream" I was sold by the manager. I came in to workplace drama and chaos. It doesn't feel like a team or united front when working. Other team members feel dominant or superior and constantly do and say things to invoke their superiority over you. The manager does not diffuse or combat conflict when it arises. The manager also seems not to be very knowledgeable about procedures and processes which brings me to the next point of there being no set standard operating procedures. Seems as if the company just does things on the fly. What you do for one patient account you may not do for another even if the scenario is EXACTLY the same. It's a constant tug of war and very frustrating to say the least. I don't want to necessarily discourage anyone from joining the organization as you may be the one to invoke change and propel the company into its limitless potential, however be cautious and know that the dream they are selling is not what you will receive once you enter. Think of it as Alice in Wonderland lol. Basically it boils down to the people. The job or company itself is not the problem. It's a handful of employees and managers that are making the job unbearable. OAN: Benefits could be better, pto isn't that great compared to other organizations I've worked for, also they don't offer tuition reimbursement and the 401k match could be greater (only 3%)

I think the worst part about my experience here is how backwards the company and the culture went. Employees felt neglected and leadership didn't apply changes that were set forth. I'm fairly certain that the employee satisfaction survey has dwindled over the years with lower and lower overall scores about the company and not even that has motivated leadership to invoke change to make the workplace culture more manageable. It feels like no one gets rewarded enough for their work and are constantly placed with more and more tasks.

The intake department specifically is the root of all the problems. I believe this department in general needs a massive overhaul in roles, responsibilities and processes. There's a giant disconnect between departments at time and that's because many problems are dependent on intake. Furthermore, the pharmacy department and techs seemingly aren't trained well enough to complete fundamental tasks imperative to the operation of claims processing.

I wish the company truly made everything black and white when it came to operations and procedures. Things that changed were never fully documented which prompted confusion amongst changes when presented to leadership. I wish nothing but the best to this company and what they do for their patients but please be wary if you're looking to work here as the turnover rate for this specific role is high based on my experience.

I was excited to be working at a place that appeared to care about their employees. We had free lunch 
Thursday’s and the manager had an open door policy. However the downside was there was no training material for the home refill department and you were left to the mercy of one employee that had been elected to train. This person was late, absent and when she was there on the phone with personal calls or taking an hour to order lunch or making fraudulent doctors excuses for her sons. When going to my manager expressing my concerns with my learning on several occasions, I was still left in this persons hands. I eventually had to teach myself with assistance from others. This same person was allowed to terrorize and intimidate co workers along with her tardiness and excessive absences and when she was eventually placed on a final still came and went as she please. There is most definitely some kind of favoritism going on here. The department manager never learned most of our names and would call you another name, even after seeing you multiple times and you sitting feet from her office. 
I’m no longer there but I was able to take the skills I had and move on to something much better. 
Overall it an okay place to work if your a self starter and can take small amounts of information and figure things out, just don’t fall into the hype they sale you in the interview process. 


This role provides exposure to insurance processes and patient coordination; however, the overall work environment is extremely demanding and lacks adequate support. Employee well-being is not prioritized, and leadership does not routinely check in or ask how employees are managing the workload. Training is minimal, and expectations are often unclear or continuously expanding. Intake coordinators are expected to handle an overwhelming number of responsibilities across multiple functions, essentially doing the work of several roles. Despite the high level of responsibility and pressure, compensation does not reflect the scope of work or expectations. Without improved training, support, and pay structure, this role can quickly lead to burnout.

I’ve worked in many areas with nursing over the years and honestly never knew jobs like this existed. I’ve been with the company for a few months and I still can’t believe this is real life right now. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about the company or the people I work with. It really sounds and feels too good to be true but I go to work everyday and enjoy my time with my patients and go home without stress and when I’m home I’m done I’m not worried about what still needs to be done because we have time to care for our patient and do all that needs to be done. I’ve never had so much support from a company and enjoyed everything about my job.

Working from home or hybrid with 2 days in and 3 days at home.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of leadership at mid and upper levels, high turn over. No one left that actually can effectively train new hires or assist when questions arise.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Morale has gotten low with the high turover and lack of leadership.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Calling insurance or utilizing portals, reviewing claims, calculating drug cost for correct reimbursement, contract reviewing, submitting appeals, following up on appeals and claims status.

Just Completed 1 year With this Company And "A great Place to Work" is An understatement. I Got Hired Right before COVID-19 Sent us to Work From Home. I Still had everything that Was needed mY Manager And My Team Members Help me along the Way As I have been Remote More than I have Worked in the office. Always gave me A Compliment When things Were Done in a Timely Manner.. IF I Did Something Wrong. issue was Fixed and Was showed the Right way to do it.. Reminded Daily on a great job im doing.,

There has never been a Moment Where i felt unsure about something , Everyone is Willing To Help EVEN OUR CEO!!!

Great place to work. I've been here a year and a half and don't have too many complaints. I got off to a rocky start due to starting at the beginning of the pandemic. Training was a little rough as it was 100% virtual, but that was to be expected under the circumstances. It's a great work environment and pretty laid back. Management is available when you need assistance and also has an open door policy. There isn't any micromanaging in my department. As long as you're productive and getting your work done you are good to go. Team buildings are a regular event with my team and it helps for everyone to get to know one another. 

I love my job! It's probably the best company I've ever worked for! They have great benefits, work life balance, and really care about their employees. I like the ability to work remotely but not the hybrid policy of being required to work 2 days a week in office. However since Covid things seem to have changed a bit, management needs to understand that not everyone works best and is the most productive in the same working environment....not everyone does best in complete silence, bright lights, etc. They should also focus more on the job you do rather than being so strict on every little policy.
