I enjoy the convenience of working for this particular agency. I feel the staff leadership has my back, they touch base with the facility scheduler ensuring I get the opportunity to work the shifts I'm looking for, and they connect with me via text or phone call once or twice per month to let me know they appreciate my hard work and are very supportive. This ensures that I'm satisfied with them and the facility I'm currently working a contract at. They've given me the chance to extend which has been a plus also. 

Speaking to Vitoria made the whole onboarding process easy to do and understand, unlike other staffing agencies. Understands the dynamic between being a working parent and balancing life and work. I believe there is always something to learn in Nursing and AMX healthcare makes it a place you want to work and grow at! Glad I found the opportunity to do so when I did.

Would be getting thrown into unfamiliar territory and expected to already know what to do and for experienced agency travel nurses this doesn’t affect them and is to be expected. But if it’s your first travel assignment or contract , it can be intimidating and very scary.  But recruiter also checked in with me and offered help when needed.

I have worked with this organization and regret every moment although staff may seem very nice when conversing with you. We all have responsibilities as adults and should be paid when we spend our time and resources to travel to a assignment. We should not have to deal with excuses as to why we didn't receive our checks. Especially when working in subpar facilities without regards for their workers. 

Great respect and professionalism. easy record keeping. ontime paychecks. i worked with one person who i had a great rapport with. EXCELLENT..I was contract so i did not get benefits, but the pay was excellent......!  I got hired over a text, got onboarded so fast I really appreciated that!  Easy hire and fast start. Dealt with on person who was professional.

The staff at AMX Healthcare are very emphatic. They take pride in their workers and they ensure the employee is 100% Satisfied with everthing. They are passionate about helping others and are always available at anytime. I give them 5 stars for their support and organization and professionalism!

I've had a positive experience with this company and I would continue working with them. My recruiter is always respectful and receptive. All of my questions are answered quickly.  I feel like he has an open door for communication.  I chose my own work schedule and days, my compensation is fair and has never been late or questionable.

The best decision I have ever made was to switch companies to AMX Healthcare! The team is not only extremely competent, but also very helpful in any problems that might arise. This is by far the best work environment I have ever been a part of.
