What is the best part of working at the company?
There's some pretty intelligent people here. If I have a question I'm pretty much guarenteed to get a straight answer every time which is always nice. There's a lot you can learn as far as a career choice goes.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
For me? Personally nothing because I keep a pretty level head, you just need to go slow and make sure you doing everything right. Just pay attention and don't be afraid to ask questions. It's a pretty cool place.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's groovy. The people are cool and friendly. I dig it.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I have something to do all the time and its great. Before I know it, the nights already over. I'm always entertained by my job and the interactions I share with my coworkers. It also keeps me pretty physically fit since I have to lift some heavy material most of the time, but I enjoy a good work out.

Typical day? Clock in and run production on assigned work area that can change day to day. What I learned? Hard work isn't rewarded, I got a laughable raise after struggling through incompetent management. Management? First off, not all the managers there are bad, however the shop foreman is a piece of work that does what they can to get a rise out of you for no reason even if you are meeting your goals. Workplace culture? I think it's great, everyone there has an upbeat attitude and when things are going well there is a sense of community. Hardest part of the job? It seems as though you are being set up to fail and then when management turns their attention to someone else you are off the hook. Most enjoyable part of the job? I'd say was my routine and being able to work independently while maintaining production.

Great place to work everyone here is super nice.  Very energetic and busy makes the days go fast.  I learn something new everyday from my direct supervisor she is always willing to help and teach.  Everyone here seems to really enjoy their job most people have been here for a number of years.  Seems most of them is a least 5 years or more. Very flexible with time, willing to work with employees when time off is needed and/or wanted. Moved here from Utah just to get a new opportunity and I am very happy that I did.  Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new position.  I seriously really like my job allot!

A typical day was fast-paced, balancing employee needs, handling policies, and keeping the team running smoothly. I learned a lot about leadership, problem-solving, and staying flexible under pressure. Management was genuinely supportive and open, which made a huge difference. The workplace culture was collaborative and positive, making it a great environment to grow. The hardest part of the job was deciding to leave—there were so many talented people, promotion opportunities in my field were tough to come by. The best part was working with an amazing team and feeling like my efforts mattered. Leaving was a hard call, but I needed to grow in my career.  



Overrime is almost always needed and never expected. Work start time is also very flexible.. Low stress environment, benefits and time off are good if you need them, for those who don't care about donut day or don't use health insurance through ARCH I would rather be paid more. Also 50cent annual raise should happen because cost of living is always going up and it's ridiculous that I am barley above minimum wage after 5 years because of the rarity of other raises. And minimum wage goes up when I don't get a raise. Tobacco users smoke legally far enough from doors but it all blows inside anyway, they toss butts on ground even though there are receptacles provided and vape users blow fog as they walk into the building. They always take longer breaks too. 

I was the youngest person in the building for 4 years so I learned to work with experienced machinists. I was able to learn what to do and what not to do greater than any other job I held because the job was necessary to these men and women unlike my previous part-time jobs. Furthermore, by seeing those who are positioning themselves to do well I was able to see what extra steps are required of myself to achieve success wherever I might eventually work. I was able to establish a positive reputation for myself there because I was able to quickly adapt to the work environment and adjust to the expectations and ability required to fulfill those expectations in the work place.

Management miss manages whole thing if your not part of their preppy circle they target you no matter if you work hard or not your not moving up in position

Environment is clean and cool culture is harassment and discrimination depends on who you are

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in get yelled at run machine find bad parts get yelled at again even though it wasn't your shifts bad parts

Multiple Task load of work,trying to meet Completion requirements ,Customer Satisfaction demands

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Accountability Accomplished my Job position as Assigned.

As a whole the company is not bad honestly, but i would compare the company like a tracker trailer. The truck it self is fine but the trailer have 3 blown tires and instead of stopping and fixing it they would rather press the petal down harder to make sure that they reach the goal line, once they do then they fix 1 tire and patch the other 2 with Flex tape. Then do it all over again and this happen most of the time ever since I been working here, mind you you have some people who want to fix it and Improve the work/job but that’s a 25% chance

Overall the company is good, very clean,organized, well maintained, flexible schedule. the pay still low compared to other companies in CNC field. The biggest issue there is favoritism, they have some unprofessional practices inside on the top level management and all employees understood that, so they try to stick to someone on the top and befriend them in order to get some privileges, promotions or a raise. It wasn't like that before but things changed a lot since the promotions of certain people on the top.
