Management is bad.  Fellow employees will lie on you just to make themselves look good.  No sense of direction for the company.  The job training of the company sucks and lack of direction.  Management keeps on changing instructions on a weekly basis on what they want.  PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE!  The turnover rate is a ridiculous.  Most people last a year or less and then quit.  The salary is not the best and management does not care about field clinicians who are out in the field no matter the weather conditions and/or their safety.  Overall, terrible company to work for! 

Great place to work, hard decision to leave but feel the need to be closer to my sister and family in Missouri. Everyday I am checking eligibility and obtaining insurance auths. Correct invoices according to payments, work closely with Finance. Most enjoyable part of my job is it is always changing and seeing the care that is given to our patients.. Always have the ability and the means to learn new tasks. Corroborate with staff of all cultures to care for our patients. I would say the hardest part is keeping with the "Ginny Bear" program. Currently I am the only seamstress for this program and find it hard to make and deliver these bears timely.

I have worked for the company for over six years, and I truly enjoy what I do. There are standards and expectations as with any job, but here I feel supported and listened to. I can set my schedule around my needs and appointments. What I really like is the autonomy of serving clients in their homes and determining their needs and helping them reach their goals. I feel I get good support from my manager.

I have worked in a many other settings as a nurse and by far, home care has been the best fit for me. The At Home Care Charlottesville branch is a small office with a great team. We have high standards for each other and give great care. Management is easy to work with, compensation is generous and I truly feel valued. 

Recent transitions have been a little bumpy due to the ever changing world of home health and Medicare guidelines but the agency as a whole have provided insight and direction to their employees to make the transitions as smooth as possible. 
Great environment to work in. 

Not a bad company to work for just not the right fit for me. Good people. Pay is fair however it is hourly and I wasn't able to get the hours I needed. Couldn't trust lower management to not throw you under the bus to save themselves.

Enjoy the people i work with . The nursing staff is amazing. The patients family i feel at the end of the day like there family . I won't want to be anywhere else . 

Assisting Seniors  in the comfort of their homes, providing health needs and supplies to their front door. we take vital signs, provide supplies and provide test for senior who it make be to hard for them to travel

The office environment is negative. Management is immature. There seems to be little respect and appreciation for field staff.  The decent pay isn’t worth the headache and cruelty you experience.

Dreadful work culture, with unrealistic expectations covering 40 hrs a week visits, on call and admits and weekends.  I’d rather work at a prison camp.
