I debated whether or not I was even going to lower myself to reviewing this company. But I felt like it was important for people to know what they're getting into before they apply, especially since their job description is so vague. 

This is basically a telemarketing position. The description is very cryptic and misleading, but that's what you are doing. You research every lead only to find out it's either already a client, or it's unqualified. The bigger deals are left for the manager. There are scraps, but that is in any entry level sales position, and essentially, that's all this is-entry level. It's such a small company don't expect any opportunity for growth other than perhaps a larger paycheck.  

Training was absolutely atrocious. It's for one month and the senior manager records you during your phone calls and then critiques everything you did wrong. That's not bad necessarily. However, if you don't do it his way he will consider it a bad call. I supposed if you want to live your life on the phone all day this "profession" would be okay. However, I can think of 100 other ways to make a living, making more money, and doing something more relevant than cold calling-even in the sales industry. 

The team is nice but they all have a fake, painted, "Stepford wives" type demeanor. It's weird, and not a healthy environment at all. It's obvious that most of their personalities are forced just to keep status quo with the tyrannical environment. They're all so brainwashed that I don't even think they realize it's happening.  

Only take this job if you need money or don't have any other options. 

Like most companies there are pros and cons, and some departments are better to work in than others. The laboratory is better to work in than other departments. I've heard the sales department makes good money, but I can't confirm that. The laboratory is filled with hardworking and kind people. Management is generally ok (in the lab). You only get 6 holidays off a year, and that does not include the Friday after Thanksgiving or Christmas eve. As a result there are a lot of younger people without families working there, and turnover is high. Other benefits are ok, but not great. Salaries are slightly below industry standards in my opinion. Positions that are usually salary, are hourly and everyone (including managers) have to clock in and out with a timeclock using their fingerprint. You get an unpaid 30 minute lunch, and a 15 minute break each day. Bagels or donuts are provided Friday mornings, and a food truck comes once a quarter to provide free lunch.  There are some really lovely people that work there, as well as not so lovely people. Like with everything, there is good and bad. 

My experience working at this lab was very disappointing. The culture is driven by micromanagement, with little to no trust placed in employees to do their jobs effectively. Instead of fostering collaboration and professional growth, management often resorted to passive-aggressive communication, which created a stressful and discouraging environment.

The leadership team appears disconnected and lacks a clear vision for the organization. Decisions were inconsistent, and priorities shifted constantly without explanation, leaving employees frustrated and undervalued. In addition, there was a noticeable amount of insincerity in daily interactions, which made it difficult to build authentic professional relationships.

Overall, this workplace did not provide a healthy or supportive environment. If you are looking for a role where you can thrive, grow, and feel respected, I would advise considering other opportunities.

No place is perfect and there is always room for improvement but this place aims to be the best employers. This place is great to work for. Management listens.

If you have worked in any other lab, you already know that every day is a challenge but its the people you work with that makes the difference. 

Amazing owners and co-workers. Its like family atmosphere. I love to work here.

I can honestly say this is one of the best company's I have ever worked for, and I am not just saying that because I am currently working here. The Management team is extremely supportive. I have all the tools to do my job and anytime I ever need anything, my boss has always worked with me. 
The company culture is very positive. It feels great coming to work where my peers love their job and the environment is positive and exciting. 
If you have the personality and work ethic to naturally want to excel and do a really good job- then this is the place for you. 
It's hard to understand the negative review about being mislead about responsibilities because not once did I ever question what was expected of me or my job duties. 

I enjoy coming to work everyday and immersing myself into an environment where I am energized and excited to tackle new challenges. Management is outstanding due to their emphasis on professional growth/ mentorship. Each day is different and the learning never ends. The most enjoyable aspect of my job is being able to improve everyday patient care by providing solutions to practices on a national scope. Community and family is a large focus.

You will not grow with this company no matter what you do and how well you’re performing. They will want you to do things way beyond your “job description” if you even have a set position, which is rare, and they will not pay you for anything extra you are doing. 
The owners AKA “The Family” will not do anything to help you, just belittle you and make you feel like you’re good not enough. They put people as supervisors that are so inexperienced and incompetent so they will never move up. Overall don’t recommend unless you’re willing to sell your soul and be treated like dirt the whole time. 

I have been with this company over three years and have no plans of leaving. Like every company there are requirements and standards that MUST be met. If you meet them you are compensated and if you over achieve and reach limits higher than Quotas, you will make great money here. Money aside, I love coming to work everyday. We have an excellent team environment. The culture of the Sales Department sets the standard for any company I have seen personally. You will leave everyday with some sort of knowledge gained and we are constantly making ourselves better here.

Understand on the outside the seem like the perfect company to work for but internally they are liars and cover up the fact that they don’t know how to run a medical facility by micromanaging and putting people in management positions that don’t need to exist. The owners will talk to you any type of way they feel like it with no repercussions, no matter how uncomfortable the employees feel. The HR department is literally two people and help cover up the fact that the people who own it only care about money

If you value autonomy, look elsewhere. Every move is tracked—daily scorecards, mandatory clock-outs for salaried employees, even for 15-minute breaks. Management’s obsession with control overrides common sense. Productivity isn’t supported, it’s surveilled. Policies are unclear and constantly shifting, leaving the team confused and demoralized. It’s a culture of control, not trust. Management focused more on tracking activity than supporting productivity. Confusing policies and added oversight left the team feeling undervalued and overly controlled.
