Activate-Care

At first, management seems supportive,  but once you are out on the field,  you will not get a full support. Management, seems to try to get involved in helping when situations arises, but due to the contracted  company they serve,  when there's a problem with a contactor/ management, Activate care will not fully support  you, making you feel completely drained and defeated.  Working for their contractors is sometimes toxic,  unprofessional,  and extremely stressful work environment,  with micromanagement,  and poor directions,  and very minimal support from activate.

I was promised a full-time role and guaranteed that I was not gonna have a contract when it ended up being a contract because I only work for them for a period of two months in the end. It was a nightmare. I received no support from the company and they allowed Bad things to be written about me without cause it is a lesson learned that I will never forget, and I pray that I never deal with a company like them again I feel bad for all the coworkers who also lost their jobs. Hang in there. You’ll find something better I promise. ! 

Activate Care has the best working environment of any job I've ever been at.  There is great work/life balance and my coworkers are kind, collaborative and focused on helping people.  There was some chop after the pivot from being a SaaS company to being a care delivery company but things have stabilized and we've got some excellent prospects for really helping a lot of people who aren't getting the right kind of social services to remain healthy.

The leadership is often deceptive. They solicit feedback constantly but never implement anything from it. Despite assurances, layoffs have continued. Company culture plummeted in recent months. Used to be fun but everyone seems miserable now. 
  

I truly enjoy my roll in this company, this company started off very small  and has grown so rapidly. They truly care about their employees and make many efforts in making the job environment fun and enjoyable for everyone. I hope to grow and open doors within this company as I’ve never worked for a place like this (drama free & friendly welcoming staff)  

Great internship experience! I learned a lot and had a very supportive team and manager. The culture was very kind group of employees and leaders. 

Overall, I wish it was hybrid vs. fully remote but I adapted.

Just a poorly run company with zero direction. The competition has surpassed this company and they simply can not compete. There are departments that do their own thing. Do NOT work here run as fast as you can away from this failing company

They don't care about their employees. They promote the screw-ups based on nothing. 
The company has no clear directions and no one knows what they are doing.
