What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being remote was not as easy as they want to mKe it out to be. This is a people business so it’s too hard to development the team effort and environment when everyone is remote.  Too much is lost in the void of distance no matter how you try. As a tesult it is easy for managemebt and corporate to neglect your hard work and contributions. They do not see or hear the conversations or contribute to your success. So they can easily ignore, cast you aside, and look at the negatives instead of reaching out and being honest about their fears or concerns. I do believe distance causes fear in management as well as waisted tine and understanding.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Remote and while they want to make everyone think they are team oriented, it’s just not as feasible as they mKe it sound. I felt there was a lot of talk about how great the culture is but when I tried to reach iut and embrace the culture I was met with silence and on joining work groups remotely, participating in volunteer hours, training, and more.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Interviewing as many candidates as possible, cold calling by phone, placements, and recruiting all had to be done each and every day. I love it but there just weren’t enough hours in the day to do everything.

I was placed in 3 month temp positions that I was told was as a Legal Secretary. It  turned out to be for the role of Litigation Paralegal. Either the Agency lied or the client lied. Either way, I was deceived and not paid for the work I preformed as a Senior Paralegal.  The company looked for an excuse to end the assigned after only 30 days - using a made up excuse right before Christmas after inviting me to the home of one of the Senior Partners for a party with their excessively drunk employees and guests. AMG took the client's side, knowing of the dishonesty and made up story to end the assignment early. They pretended that they were going to set up another assignment for me. I waited for a new assignment that never came because I complained to their boss about the deception. I finally realized what the game was and started answering ads for direct hire positions. Adams and Martin only care about making as much money as possible; they have no interest in helping anyone else. If you're looking for permanent positions, best find your own job especially if you are a Paralegal because they will pay you the lowest possible salary and pad their pockets.

I spent over 2 years being churned over and over again, being placed in temp positions that I was told were permanent.  Every 2-3 months, my placement would end (while I was told it was a 90 day temp to perm position) and the recruiter would send me on another temp to perm.  I finally realized what the game was and started answering ads for direct hire positions.  3 weeks and 5 interviews later, I had a perm position for the first time in 3 years.  These folks only care about making as much money as possible; they have no interest in helping anyone else.  If you go in with the attitude that you're okay working temp jobs indefinitely, AMG can help you.  If you're looking for permanent positions, best find another agency.

After signing with A & M, I felt lack of care and support and that my skill set was not being matched with any "good jobs" that were being advertised.  I would inquire about recent job postings by Adams & Martin and was told they were already filled.  I had a pretty nice recruiter but never was considered for the good jobs.  I felt unappreciated and stopped checking in.  I got my permanent position on my own.  I can rely on myself. Otherwise, A&M is great for temp work.

Assignment at Tucker & Ellis Law Corporation.

My legal office assignment was a challenging and rewarding
legal office experience.  My administrative skills, was a positive
experience for me to move forward, in the administrative legal
office setting.

The lead office manager, was supportive at Tucker & Ellis
law offices.

 Local management was highly lacking and turnover was almost 200 percent in two years. This made reaching all metrics nearly impossible since personal success was highly dependent on the local team as a whole. The corporate culture was positive overall, but training and support was lacking. It would have been much better if temp and direct hire teams were separate. 

I can only say the very best about my experience with the Phoenix office! I literally heard from them within hours of posting my resume and had interviews within a day that led me to a permanent placement with a SUBSTANTIAL salary increase from ANY other offer I was presented with while searching for the right law firm for me in Arizona. They did not hesitate to make sure I had the absolute best experience and placement possible!!

They prioritized me in getting a job.

No complaints.  Everyone was always attentive and helpful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Professional work environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work 7.5 hours a day and got paid weekly.

Company assigns you for temporary work with companies that do not care for their employees, or the contractors.
There is not enough compensation for the amount of work, and the unprofessional people you have to put up with.
The only positive is that you are paid every week.
Once your assignment is over you will never hear from them again.
