I went into this job so excited to start what I was hoping to be my career. Unfortunately I wasted 5 years of my life there instead. Management treated everyone like garbage - I was only in one department but it was pretty much the same across every single one. The upper management only had each other's best interest in mind and especially treated the night shift poorly. There wasn't anyone in the building passed 5:30pm aside from the night shifts and often time we were left to fend for ourselves, even when issues would come up no one was available to help. 
During employee reviews you would be asked what your interest were for the coming year (i.e. what systems would you like to learn - manufacturing dept.) But it never mattered seeing as management looked passed it and kept you doing the same thing over and over. If/when you ever did get to learn something new you were thrown in with a guide book and basically told "good luck, don't mess it up". There was little to no training after the first month or so and everyone did things differently so there were a lot of screw ups and miscommunication. 
There was collective punishments and never any appreciation for going above and beyond.
One of my favorite memories was a time when multiple employees left for other pharma companies and the head of manufacturing told those of us still there, if we wanted to leave then leave. He could find 10 people off the streets tomorrow to fill our spots. Not an exaggeration, then he denied it over and over and wondered why more people left. I've been gone almost 4 years and there's an entirely new staff.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. 

Poor pay - they've kept their starting pay the same for almost a decade (14.50). It was good until about a year ago when management changed hands, then it went down hill since. While there isn't a high turnover rate, they don't seem to eager to replace those who have left either. Because of this fact, it's hard to get any cross training so you're stuck pretty much where they put you, and promotions are based on systems knowledge - which you can't get because there is no one there to train you. It's a double edged sword, actually. You're working 12 hour shifts, so 36 one week, 48 the next, and this (in MY opinion) is not conducive to family life. 

The company has loads of potential.  However a new unethical leadership team has joined recently.  They are not dedicated to stamping out the bad and promoting the good.  HR is a absolute nightmare, and everyone avoids them like the plague.  Most management is decent with good balance in understanding your personal situation and goals, however some are micromanagers who nearly follow you into the bathroom to make sure you don't take to long.  If you need a job take it here, but avoid contact as much as possible with anyone besides the common employees. 

If you are thirsty for knowledge, this is a good place to get started. Unfortunately right now they operate on a rotating 12 hour schedule, which can be challenging for those with young children. They are also one of the lowest paying pharma companies, so this should most definitely be your first stepping stone, but not the place to retire. 

Management went through transitions several times, and it says a lot about upper management or the lack thereof. Most of the employees are laid back and have a great attitude, but with any job, you've got the few bad apples.

I worked there 7 months As a contractor There's no way they should be in business with half the things that they do 😳 Working there i've seen them contaminate that product over and over again Even dropping large amounts Of product on the floor Which is Contaminated no good Putting back into the drums Then shipping it to the customer Like nothing happened , A lot of skin contact with product there Which makes it contaminated The contamination is ridiculous people should not be buying their product it's not safe ..  

Work starts off with meetings and such to talk about the week.  Management then often miscommunicates things and causes problems with daily work.  The company is run very poorly and has very high turn over.  Its not bad for learning new skills and adding a job to your resume, but dont plan on staying here more than a few years.  HR are some of the worst type of humans I can imagine.  Overall, I do not reccomend , unless you need a job bad and you live near the facility.

As a quality control analyst the perk is having  a 12 hr shift schedule with more days off

Lots of chemicals without proper safety and too many flaws in medicine produced.

Collection of science nerds which is a fun group.

Long day and lots of stress if something goes wrong

The location. It was close to home.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The language barrier of older foreign workers.

Everyone is older and they're looking to reshuffle their workforce and are rushing training.

Batch making, cleaning, breaks

This job came with a lot of perks. They treat their employees pretty  well to be honest. But lately, everything has seemed a bit dire like the company is falling apart and many within the company are questioning future job security.
