Working at Advanced Axis has been an incredibly fulfilling journey that has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From the moment I joined the team, I was impressed by the supportive and positive environment fostered by management and my coworkers.

One of the standout aspects of working here is the extensive training and development opportunities provided. Before I even started engaging with customers, I received comprehensive training on the products we offer, effective sales techniques, and customer service best practices. This equipped me with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in the field. This approach not only builds trust with our clients but also ensures that every sale is mutually beneficial.

The company provides all the necessary tools and support to succeed, from marketing materials to ongoing coaching from experienced mentors. The team spirit at Advanced Axis is infectious. I've had the pleasure of working alongside motivated individuals who are passionate about what they do. We support and celebrate each other's successes, which creates a positive and uplifting atmosphere every day.

This has been an enriching experience both personally and professionally. I've grown as a sales professional, built valuable relationships with customers, and enjoyed the satisfaction of helping people find products that truly meet their needs.  I'm very excited to take the next step into Account Management and become a mentor to others by the end of the month!

I started working at Advanced Axis at the start of November in 2022, They were very upfront and transparent about what the role entailed and how you could advance and earn more income. I than found myself receiving my first promotion at the end of November 2022 into a leadership role where I know had the ability to mentor and teach others what I had learned to help them with their daily responsibilities.  Over the next few months each day I was thoroughly mentored, trained and was able develop my skills across the board.  By the end of June 2022 I was receiving another promotion into management just as explained in my interviews.  I've had my share of marketing and sales positions in the past,  with my previous being over the phone sales. From my time at Advanced Axis I learned the value and power behind a more face to face approach with potential customers, it taught me more about myself and how to better relate to people while helping them with there needs.  I was told from the beginning if I worked hard and was willing to keep and open mind while keeping a student mentality I could progress in the company and everything has been proven 10times over.  I believe sales teaches up things about ourselves that we may never confront otherwise while providing the platform to strengthen those skills and become a better person overall.  I would recommend Advanced Axis to anyone especially those who willing to work hard on themselves and can be a student for the mentorship provided. 

Be prepared to work extremely long hours with little to no pay. It is all commission based, although you are expected to 'develop' yourself and a team of people which also includes conducting interviews. There is no PTO or missing days as you are expected to keep working while you're sick, family issues, etc. They are going to sell you on a dream of 'what other business allows you to make this much money in a week' and 'you can be successful too, it just depends on your work ethic and dedication'. There is no real training with the job, just typical sales tips you can find on YouTube or google. Everyone seems extremely young and mostly inexperienced, give or take a couple people. This could also be because the job is surrounded around walking 10 miles a day door knocking in different neighborhoods. There is an extremely high turnover, which doesn't allow you to build lasting relationships with coworkers. It seems like they also hire anyone... you are supposed to be in business casual/professional clothing, but there are also unprofessional workers dressed down and stinking daily. They are constantly doing 'promotions' which in reality mean nothing. Be prepared to put miles on your car as you will be responsible for driving coworkers to different neighborhoods. No one really seemed to know what was going on or how to answer questions.... very disorganized.

This jobs pushes you but to the point where there is no work life balance and you suffer in the end. It is a sales role going door to door although they will say it is not and they are giving you leads. When you knock on doors the people don't know who you are. The job description and how they word the interview sounds like the people are expecting you to show up at their door for an appointment they schedule. This is wrong. They will hire anyone and I think this is a con because then your team that you build suffers. You only get benefits when you become a manager which could be years although they will say its up to you. Pay is very low. They say the base is decent but in reality it is $300/week if you don't exceed this number in sales. They will probably see this and send a typical hr message saying sorry or defending themselves that they are not a scheme. At the end of the day it is a hard sales job that will lead you to burn out. They market a typical 8 hour day when in reality with debriefing it turns into 10 hours with driving and debriefing. Also be prepared to use your own car and gas money if you are a driver with no reimbursement. Be prepared to walk roughly 10 miles/day with no bathroom.

  If you're good with people and actually want a career not a job, this is a really good opportunity.  I think some people come into it and just want a job where they can show up, go through the motions and leave, and those are  the people it doesn't work out for. They pay by commission which really is what you make it, it was great for the people who worked hard and not so good for people who did the bare minimum. I definitely prefer it to hourly like my other jobs just cause I had the ability to earn a lot more when I was entry level so if I needed more money one week it wasnt like my pay was capped by my hourly pay. The environment is really supportive and all of the managers really work with you to improve on your weak spots to help you grow, and all of my managers actually grew from the entry level position into higher earning positions so I could see what I was working toward and how achievable it was. I ended up moving out of state to take care of my mom but I really appreciate my time here and learned alot and made great money, but like I said it really depends on how much drive you have to make it happen for yourself.

I started working here at Advance Axis in April of 2024. Before this job I only worked in retail and fast food based industries. So this was my first ever sales job. In the begining in made me nervous just because It was an entry level role that didnt require any previous sales knowlegde or experience. However once I was ingratiated into the company I realized that I needed the mentorship. Every day was a new learning experience. When I found myself having a hard time in the beginning the managers were all there to assist me to make sure I can become a better version of myself. If you are looking for a company that promotes growth from within this is the place for you. The only thing they ask of you in order to get there is your 100 percent effort and to have a positive attitude. I enjoy working here due to the large network of people that I can learn from onn a day to day basis. The work culture is great, most people are close friends outside of the workplace. The only real downside when first starting is work-life balance. So, overall a good company to work for. 


I am so glad I accepted the position at Advanced Axis. They grow 100% organically and the company is super successful so are always promoting those who work hard to leadership roles. When you first start it is mostly a direct sales position but as I have grown with the company and got promoted to management I have learned much more. The upper management has your best interest in mind & team is very growth oriented. Working in sales has been amazing teaching me not only so much about the skill, but also about pushing my own limits. The pay structure is more than generous if you are able to close sales as it is on a commission basis. 

This job is an absolute scam that relies heavily on the lowest level employees. They try to hype the job up, but it is door-to-door sales with predatory policies. If you do not sell, you do not get paid, which leads to lying to potential customers. They completely lie about advancement opportunities, and the compensation. Hours are long and it is encouraged to stick around after-hours despite the fact you only get paid when you sell. They also waste their own time by having irrelevant meetings/get togethers prior to going out into the field. Do not work here even if you are desperate. You will not be paid.

I joined advanced axis to further my career and do something positive for not only myself but for my family . I’ve had to invest not only time , but money to buy formal attire to “fit in” . The manager at the time, Chris ropes you in by saying he’s your friend and he wants you to succeed and he’s investing so much time and energy into. When in reality, if you don’t perform adequate enough, you will be fired immediately. Not to mention I had to wait a whole month before I seen any type of income from my earnings.

Advanced Axis has opened my eyes from becoming an entrepreneur to life in general. Working at this company has provided knowledge about how to communicate, grow to become the best version of myself along with how to create your own lane. The culture in the office is something I have not experienced before. Everyone is extremely welcoming and helpful. I started working at this company after taking time to refocus my life goals. This company has opened a new floor of doors for networking opportunities
