I learned quite a lot from this company, but everything seemed like it was getting rushed. However, I think I joined at a bad time? Or it was always like this.
Leads and supervisors were getting shuffled around. 
When the leads got finalized for their new positions, the whole company was pretty much disorganized. Things weren't getting pushed out in a timely manner.
Like I work quick, but with the amount of work that actually got to me/my department, it was insanely too much to handle and required more people than just a few 3-4 people team.
I was getting thrown around to different areas to work on as well and got too much pressure to finish a job when I could have gotten the job earlier to finish on time.
There is a lot of in-house drama between departments, so not sure if some of the leads disliked each other and makes the other look bad.
I would say avoid this place.

This is actually a very cool place to work. The office is top notch and the employees are some of the best people I have ever met. 
The problem is that the workload is not balanced and the management in Ohio is does not see people as people. A few people work and the rest just hang about.
People are treated differently depending on who likes you in management. 
The owners in California are good people who have clearly worked hard to make the company successful. However, there is a love of bureaucratic rules that can be too much for a small company environment. How you dress and when you come and go to the minute are very important. 

I started out thinking the job was going to be a long term. Was very excited to find such nice people to work with.  Until the new manager came in started hiring only friends and family.  Then it became extremely stressful (not the work) but the politics and constant change with no follow thru. 
The company was great until all the manager teams where made, and working was like walking on eggshells.  The stress level and pressure made it to be uncomfortable and not a good working environment.  If you are a person who can work with a fake smile and yes to anything and everything , then this is the company for you! But if your an honest person with an honest opinion,  you won't last here.

Positions and titles being held by the wrong people. Things gets weird and once you "know" what youre doing; they leave you to it but if a question comes up to a Lead/Trainer they get mad that they have to take time off of what they are doing to come do part of their other job which is train, but the training process is half-***ed by the so called trainers. You can not surpass those with the titles EVEN if you are more precise with speed and acknowledgement of what you are doing. The deadline timings are messed up too. The supervisors and office people get upset but dont get as upset when inventory isnt cleaned up. and thats for someone else to write about inventory. Rushed . Upsetting . Stressful .

I worked at AGSE for many years and absolutely loved it. Then things started to change; family was brought in to be exec. mgmt and their arrogance and hypocrisy came with. They put in place a slew of new rules and policys, many were unreasonable and unfitting as well as not being conducive to the work space that was. Morale started to fall away and people were becoming unhappy.  Then favoritism started becoming rampant which is obviously unfair and not good for the overall cohesiveness of the office. It went from being a wonderful, fun, understanding, happy place... to a rigid, snooty, unreasonable, tyrannical and miserable place to work. 

Warning to potential employees: This workplace operates on a system of favoritism, where promises of increased pay are often deceptive. Despite receiving praise for their performance, employees are frequently left in the same position for years, burdened with more responsibilities but without any additional support. Positive reviews may be misleading, as they often stem from individuals engaging in a-kissing behaviors, particularly from HR, to uphold a facade of excellence while potentially subjecting others to similar treatment. Proceed with caution.

Lack of training makes it difficult to succeed.

Work environment was frantic. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unpleasant. Lack of training made it difficult to succeed leading to stress and fear of criticized and fired due to performance.

Management pretended to be supportive and accepting of time off but would complain to other employees about your time off.  Succeeding in your position is near impossible since they micromanage everything. More time is spent explaining your step by step then being able to actually do your work. I would not recommend this place at all. Most people are great, management not at all. 

Be careful applying for jobs here. The double standards are wild. Gotta get your kid to school in the morning and need a reasonable accommodation as far as start times? They won’t even give you a second look. But don’t worry, all the meanwhile, their recruiters are working from home with their kids carrying on in the background to where they can’t get five words out without having to stop to tell the kids to be quiet.

The individuals responsible for interviewing HR professionals for HR director and HR roles often lack a fundamental understanding of effective interviewing techniques. The culture deja mucho que desear. The HR Director role has been open for a long time because the person in charge of hiring has no experience in hiring directors or high-level executives.
