Testing circuit boards which we manufactured, and fixing any problems found on them.
Learned high quality soldering technics.  management was friendly as were all of my co workers.
Hardest part of the job was doing a Hi Pot test to the high voltage systems.  The most enjoyable part was the atmosphere in the workplace.

I went there for solder test  not knowing, that they use Lead free solder.
Plus when I asked for flux  they told me to use the flux in the solder.  When 
 inspecting the soldering Iron   The tip was oxidize   They expect me to
 solder to IPC standards?  You can't.  under those conditions.  
 It might, be a good place to work for providing they offer training. 
  
    

Managers are very rude, lack of necessary experience, lack of safety protocols, you will be blamed for any mishap. Employee moral is bad. There benefits are great though.

It's not a professional place to work. They hardly have the right equipment for any of the workers. Management lacks communication skills, salary doesn't match to any of your skills you provide. Not the place you want to stay for a long period of time.

Dozens of programs, I learned ,NET, worked with Visual Foxro growing in house applications. It ws never the same day twice. ery exciting

AMC was my favorite workplace. The one and only employer that I was happy to wake up on a Monday morning and go to work. Everyone was friendly and the energy in the office was always great!

You test multiple servo components on the computer. And have to be quick. Always on your feet. Walking back and forth making sure all the computer are running.  Management is bad. And its hard to get a raise.

Horrible HR and Horrible plant management. They lie to you on a daily  basis. No water fountains for employees.  Nepotism runs rampant in that company.
