What is the best part of working at the company?
The coworkers and office supervisors are friendly and easy to work with and the hours are flexible

Not having clients to work for and clients wanting rides but can't take the client because of safety reasons

Easy going relaxed atmosphere, sounds of paper copier running and fresh coffee in the air

Going in the building to drop off my paperwork and having contact with the front desk clerk

Advantage Home Care is a good place to work.  From day one Advantage Home Care makes you feel like you are part of the family.  They care about their employees.  There is also some flexibility that goes along with the job.  For example, if you have to drop your kids off at school and can't start working until later in the day then we will start you later in the day.  I do the scheduling and really all I need to know is what time of day you want to start and stop, if you want full or part time, and how many days a week you want to work.  I can't say it any better.  Advantage Home Care is an excellent place to work.

This company has like12 admins. None of them are on the same page. Each one will answer the same question with a different answer. They expect aides with 0 training to go help the clients like they have been doing the job for 20 years and offer no training at all. They take every client even if they have no staff for them promising them they do. They also take clients that have no backup plan in case they cant staff them. It is extremely unprofessional. They company never thinks of the clients only the money they provide. I would never recommend this company to anyone with morals.

Helping  others  the employer are nice and good paid

When you have to drive from  house  to house just  to have hours  to pay bills

Good most of time like the people  in office  hepefull

Cleaning cooking helping others

The clients. And staff, ❤️ you get to met different people and not as stressful than most jobs.

Like home, down to earth. Get along

Most of time it's the same some days are different

I learned to be compassionate, understanding, patient and most of all I learned skills that I didn't even know I had! I loved working with my clients, and with their families! I love working with the management. And most of all the job overall was my favorite job I've ever had in my entire life.

I love this job. It is wonderful to have the opportunity to care for elderly people in their homes so they don't have to go in a nursing facility. They are happier and are able to lead a more fulfilling life in their own home surrounded by loved ones. I enjoy providing a happy and safe environment while tending to their needs. It's a very rewarding job.

It is ok. I expect from the supervisors a more positive input on how and what a good job we are doing. I like to be reminded on a weekly basis,  WOW Mr. OR Mrs.  Really appreciates everything you do! This job is rewarding because I help people that really needs a personal care aid.

Management is really wonderful and supportive. Shout-out to our wonderful schedulers. Really flexible schedule, you choose who you work with and when. It's really light work. Basically don't be rude, help as much as needed, and remember that you're in the clients home.

Good management. Friendly stuff. Good training. Decent salary. Flexible hours. The Brooklyn location has a very nice office. You can always get help over the phone. Easy to modify your schedule to fit your life.
