Advantx is locally owned and family operated. There is very little difference in office drama from one agency to the next. What is different about Advantx is that they will do anything to take care of their patients. They have also recently begun making some administrative changes that are really making a difference.

The place has been in town for like 20 years. The management is nice and they help out the employees any time there's any problems. They don't treat patients like numbers on a clipboard so I really like that. Over all I couldn't be happier with the work and flexible hours so 10/10.

Family ran business which could of been a good thing but in this company it is not. The owner is very knowledgeable and very easy to work for but she allows her children to run the company and they have no idea how to maintain a professional atmosphere, attitude, or conduct themselves. 

the owner of the compaby was always very cheap and gave no room for raises. We were underpayed and plus having to drive to each aptinet amde the pay even less as we had to pay for that out of pocket. Would not recommend. 

One of the best jobs ever. Learned volumes about the industry and given latitude to expand my knowledge base to other areas of the business. Wonderful management and family oriented.

Great place to work and cares deeply for their patients.  Must be flexible and able to adapt in any enviornment.  High stress at times, must have excellent time management skills.

High accuity of care in a home setting.  Must be alert and able to identify critical care needs in the moment.  Professional and caring enviornment to work in.
