What is the best part of working at the company?
Best part were good teamwork w co-workers & being their for residents 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Alot of favoritism, not complyant to resident nor their families,  alot of selective minds in the office to their convince, alot of cover-ups concerning when State comes in , The Office staff bunch of vampires and layers they all stick together.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment their faulty Vital signs apparatus don't work ,  I always brought my own,  their Activities is a joke, they very cheap, they demand much and give very little respect if any at all.  Agency is always their, because they of their ways.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When u walk in the door u know what to expect,  Clearwater is Clearwater,  they need to get honest management ,  and treat the Staff with respect, and quit that favortism

This place has the worst structure of any nursing facility I’ve ever worked at. The management (some is very very good) but most are very petty and very rude and unwilling to help the staff. Good behavior goes unnoticed and bad behavior is rewarded. There is little to no teamwork at all. Some aids work together very well. While others hide and do not do anything whatsoever but get praised for being the best. We are expected to do our job but with 10 other jobs attached. And get belittled when things do not get done because the patient load is way too heavy for only three people. And our voices and concerns go unheard by upper management. 

This was one of the most disorganized places I have ever been employed. Information given from the management team is always contradicting. There is zero empathy for the residents. It’s heartbreaking. The lack of teamwork is astounding! It’s a fast paced place and could be wonderful but the management team is terrible and there’s no clear directions.  This place goes through staff faster than toilet paper. I’ve never seen anything like it. I would not recommend working there. 

I walked through the doors and smelled urine. The receptionist was dressed in leggings and a hooded sweatshirt. They have been through 9 administrators in the last YEAR. The leadership team has the same turnover. Residents walk around in the same clothes for days, some are barefoot. Lots of residents with severe behaviors including "s" in nature. They do not even have enough dishes to put food on, or flatware or cups. This place is like a Medicaid dumping ground. Sending people here is a d-sentence. I have no idea how the state has not taken over management over this facility. 
 

A typical day was when there were no elopements or falls. Being their to assist residents. I learned how to be more patience and to de-escalate situations.  Management forever changing. Workplace culture needs improvement. A lot of family members  working there.  Hardest part of job was when you had to change units being unfamiliar with the residents. The most  enjoyable part of job is when I can see a resident smiling and being able to assist them.

This was a fast paced and stressful position. Employees did not work well together and depending on staff, the day could be harrowing. I ended up injuring my back which resulted in surgery and this company did not want to assist me in keeping my position, although they have since asked me to return. The work was very hard on my back.

I enjoyed both staff and residents ,hate no longer there .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Needed more organization.cleanliness.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Generally everyone helped each other.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast paced ,yet residents were very understanding.

First off I only gave the overall rating of one star because I can not take away stars if I could the rating would be -20 stars. Most of the evening staff have no humanity whatsoever. They do not treat the residence as if they are actual people. They are rude and crass and very very insensitive. My heart goes out to every resident in that facility.

I would never recommend this job to anyone. It's by far one of the worst facilities I have ever worked at and I been doing this for 13 years. The ADON is so unprofessional and hateful. This company cares nothing about you, your just another body they need. The pay is great but the stess is greater. If you like peace, and working in a organized environment this is not a place for you. 

There is zero support from regional team. The facility had so many code violations it was mind boggling how they were still operating! Filthy, terrible living conditions for the residents. Over worked staff because of high turnover.  Don’t let the Pay fool ya… you will work for every single penny.
