What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful aspect was the lack of consistent guidance and support when handling complex or high-risk policy issues. Employees were often expected to make decisions in situations involving compliance-sensitive actions without clear or timely direction from supervisors.

Escalations were not always responded to promptly, which created pressure to resolve issues independently in situations where accuracy and compliance were critical. This led to uncertainty around expectations and increased stress when handling client and underwriting communications.

Overall, the combination of high responsibility, unclear workflows, and inconsistent supervisory support made it difficult to feel fully confident in day-to-day decision-making.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The role is fast-paced with a constant flow of work coming in throughout the day. Employees are expected to quickly manage multiple tasks, often in high-pressure situations involving policy changes and client communication.

While the workload itself is manageable with proper support, the experience can vary depending on the level of supervisory guidance available. At times, employees receive helpful support, but consistency is not always reliable, which can impact confidence and efficiency in day-to-day work.

The schedule is typically 9:00–5:30, and the pace of the role makes for a consistently stressful environment from start to finish due to volume and urgency of work.

It's a call center. Phone calls ALL day EVERY DAY. They hire 1 or 2 people and then 2 people leave. For how small the company is the turnover is insane. During training a manager told me that they have a lot of turn over because "people just don't want to work". Most work remote but how can someone say that when people are constantly on phone calls. When you transfer calls to management they usually go to voicemails. You get calls all day then you also get an insane amount of pending activities. They have an email team that sends things to the phone team, as if the phone team isn't busy enough. The only team that has UNPAID meetings in the morning is the phone team. They say since there is an extra holiday that justifies unpaid meeting times but retention has a meeting during the work day and get the same extra holiday off.  The hardest part of the job is the constant phone calls and insanely high expectations. 

You are to be trained by someone who is not acceptable trainer. If you give your input, it is a problem as they do not like opinions or how to do things differently.  You get thrown into the role, while being micromanage,  and constantly treated poorly. Management does not help in any way. And they let you go silently. No phone call no text, just an email blaming you for not being successful when they do not prepare you to be successful.  This company places individuals to fill a spot. No work ethic nor professionalism. The team meetings are not on company time and the virtual get togethers are after working hours unpaid.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The fact that you are 100% remote.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
This is a call center.  Your phone rings all day everyday while your work load continues to increase.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The turnover rate is high for every remote department, which is added stress.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Call after call after call.  And if you are in retention you are expected to do it all.

company invests in quality tech equipment and systems for all staff. great place to expand P&C knowledge across a ton of states and still maintain that local agency feel. not meant to be a W.F.H. role where you work on your own schedule - still a full time job that requires 9-5 attention, just from your home. be prepared to learn, but know that they have a resource for EVERYTHING. 

Provides a great work life balance, The team in the company is supportive and helpful . The job description and explanation in the interview was very clear and matching to the work load  given. Most training I've ever received in a job. And management is very supportive of their reps. 

Great team! Fast paced, some days more so than others. so many carriers and states to learn, they have good resources. manager is open and helpful.  seems like there are opportunities for growth down the road. over all very happy.

I really enjoyed my time at Agency Administrators. From day one everyone was very helpful and available. I had excellent training, excellent work equipment delivered with plenty of time to set up and prepare. My managers and coworkers were helpful and kind. Working from home was an added bonus. 

Great place to  work , the environment is friendly and helpful.  The company really cares about their employees and tries accommodate in every way, Work life balance is definitely provided in this role.

Great team vibe. Supportive management. Flexibility for a realistic work/life balance. An excellent company to thrive with if you’re willing to put in the work.
