Working here was one of the most frustrating job experiences I’ve had. Management has no clear direction and often makes decisions without considering the impact on staff. They create the illusion of being approachable, but when issues come up, they’ll quickly shift blame and make you look like the problem.

Raises were constantly promised but never followed through, and we were expected to take on additional responsibilities that weren’t part of our job description — without any increase in pay. The focus was never on quality work or helping clients, just on meeting unrealistic daily quotas.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this workplace to anyone looking for stability, respect, or proper leadership.

Their commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere is second to none. As a paralegal, I found myself consistently presented with opportunities to expand my skill set and take on new responsibilities. There is open communication, and that fosters a sense of inclusion and empowerment, allowing team members to feel valued and recognized for their contributions. They tick all the boxes as an employer. 

You will be given unrealistic metrics and if you do not meet them you will terminated. There is no culture people in the office will not speak to you, not because they are unkind but because they are so over worked. Majority of the employees are in Colombia or Mexico so it will feel very isolating. There is not a lot of opportunities for advancement. This firm has a VERY high turn over rate, I have not met anyone who has been at this firm for more than 4 years.

Her genuine care for her employees extends beyond the workplace, as she takes an interest in our well being and professional development.
