From my experience, the job was nothing like what it was made out to be in the interview process. I even addressed some of the negative reviews before accepting the position, which were all denied, but man do I wish I had listened.

The real deal:
Work form home: This is actually a great perk!

Unlimited PTO: The litigation department is too small for you to take advantage of this and was advised that I should try to use PTO only when necessary. There is no work life balance. 

Pay: the pay is good, but the.case.load.is.HEAVY! And you are frequently assigned random projects on top of your everyday case duties. You’re new normal will be working over time all the time, but you’ll never be caught up.
 
Management: The biggest issue for this department. 

Look at the common denominator for a department that can’t keep employees. There is a cycle of chewing up hard workers until they reach burnout, spitting them out, and starting the process over. Remember folks, the only people that will notice all the long nights you work is your family.

I have worked in different places with different goals, infrastructure, and people, but Ali Awad Law is by far the best company I have worked for. The multicultural contact you get is fantastic, everyone is always supportive and friendly, and if you don't know something they do their best to explain it to you. 
They care for your personal and professional growth, and offer outstanding benefits plus great work/life balance! Especially considering that you can work from anywhere as long as you have a good internet connection. 
They are constantly improving their methods, training, and software to make your job effective and efficient.  If you want great challenges, learn and develop new or improve on your current skills then you should definitely consider joining our team!

Working in this company has changed my life in so many ways. The culture is nothing short of amazing and I could not imagine working anywhere else. There is such a sense of respect among all team members including the executive team. Having the ability to work from home is a great perk of the job, however, you are required to work here; like most jobs. It is wonderful to be able to not have any kind of commute which leaves more time to spend with family instead of working 8am-5pm with an avg. drive time of 45min one-way. If you are wanting a place that will push you and allow you to grow, this is that company! If you have Hunger, Education, Accountability, Respect and Teamwork, you will thrive in this environment. Inconclusive goals and objectives.
They literally change directions every week. 
SoP are open to each managers interpretation.  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Unnecessarily stressful. 
HIGH pressure. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No two days are /  were the same.
Except we all have to do End of Day reports which are standard for company.

Working here has been the best decision I could've made. Not only are they truly wanting you to grow as a person within the job but they are also wanting to make sure you are excelling in your personal life. If you are someone who is willing to learn, the training is there and everyone is willing to help. I truly love this company and what it stands for. Also, who doesn't love working from home and napping in your bed during lunch. 

The culture here is on point - everyone's supportive and friendly, and it feels like we're all working together towards a common goal. They're big on promoting from within, so there is always opportunities for growth if you put in the work. Huge plus is that I'm able to work from home or anywhere else with an internet connection, which gives me so much freedom and flexibility. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work.

Working at the firm has been amazing. Management truly cares about you as a person and for your professional growth. I could not recommend Ali Awad Law/CEO Lawyer enough! The teams are amazing, we have cultivated close friendships with one another and work hard as a team to support each other and achieve our goals. Unlimited PTO is not really a thing and you will face passive aggression for needing time off, even for family or personal matters. Management discusses personal business openly so don’t share anything you do not want other people hearing in meetings. Workload is heavy and meetings are constant. Most of the people are great & pay is good, but there are less stressful jobs that offer the same benefits or better, which explains the insanely high turnover. 

Everyone on staff is very helpful and wants to help you succeed! There is unlimited PTO within reason, monthly staff outings, weekly staff and team meetings, and no micromanagement. It is a great place to work!
