My day starts off the same every day I come in and get right to work I get my patient up washed and then I take his blood pressure and then I make his breakfast and give him a cup of coffee doing this job I've learned that a little patients go a very long way and not to mention management they are very professional my coordinator name is Yolanda I give her five stars all by herself when I lost a client within a couple days she found me another one that woman is definitely on top of her professions she shows that she really care about her clients and her employees I can tell u I witnessed that first hand so that's why I gave her 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating  and u know the hardest part about my job is leaving I always fill right at home when I'm with my client it fills like family to me and what I enjoy about my job setting is that I enjoy helping people that's in need of a helping hand and I like to say to American Home Care thanks for trusting in me like I trusted in u .  Ur the best.      

What is the best part of working at the company?
They are simple and it makes things easier when trying to get a good job 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Travel yeah imagine especially now with the prices of gas and also when it is very bad weather

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very friendly and diverse 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I no longer work for the company but I used to go to my client's house at 7:00 a.m. take care of my clients needs for the day bathing feeding exercising whatever might need to be done and and I would wait for the clients family to come home and leave for the evening

I was promised things when I signed on that never happened. I picked All American for my mother and all they wanted to do was order her everything they could charge her insurance without regard to her needs. I was promised medical if I took less of an hourly rate. I took the lower hourly rate no medical. I tried working with them for 6 months when I tried to move my mother to a different agency they showed up unannounced to try to convince me not to. I felt a little uncomfortable.

Flexibility of schedule, ability to choose your own hours

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lower hourly wage, minimal benefits

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Home based, casual, little to no interaction with co workers, very independent 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Spending 1:1 time with individuals to achieve their daily goals

If you want a place to collect a pay check and leave in a year max this is the place. Do not stay too long .Unreasonable rules . They value the wrong characteristics in a successful employee. No accountability. Enforce policies that hinder the employees and their career development 

I worked here for almost 3 months. This was my first job. During the working period I gained a lot of knowledge and skills. There is friendly atmosphere in the company and you can always contact the managers for the help.

My job was to take care of the sick & elderly
Every day was different because you never knew how your patient was going to be. Hardest part of my job was dealing with mental patients. The most enjoyable part of my job was my flexible schedule.

This is a great option for both part-time and full time job, especially if you like to help other people. I liked working in this company. Of course there were problems, but our leaders quickly eliminated them. Clients and staff are polite and with a good sense of humor. The company really cares about its employees and customers.

this is one of the most professional companies in which I have worked. you can really learn a lot thanks to All American Home Care. both of my managers were responsible and caring. if I needed a break, they could always help.

A typical day consists of going out to visit patients for the amount of time that the MD has prescribed in their care plan. Interact with the families and friends. 

My fellow nurses are awesome. They have great clinical and assessment skills. I  have learned a lot from them.
