I feel that I've learned a lot of software and skills like time management. You always can communicate with your manager, and anyone in the office will always be there for you.  If you have any request, they will try to be as flexible as they can, which makes me happy since they understand that I have a life outside work. So far working there has been a wonderful experience and I would say that the hardest part of the job is the commute; if I lived next to the office, it would be ten times better.

I would definitely quit this company if I didn't care so much for the actual client I take care for.  NO benefits, NO DIRECT DEPOSIT, they never
receive my timesheet [so they say] and I have to actually fight with them to pay me for my work...I totally understand they all work from home now,
but please....I have a difficult time understanding them at times when they speak their native tongue...
The ONLY reason I'm still there is the lovely woman I work for...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!along with the $15 an hour I guess..
By the way they offer supplies I need IF I go into their Boston Office at THEIR TIME!!...

I enjoy my job to the fullest. I love to help people, and hire people to help others. Management is great. Work and life balance is wonderful. I come in start with my emails, check all of them respond accurately. Check on my call outs if any. Start looking for new cases. The elderly need our help and the sooner we get to them the better. The more hours I get my Care givers the happier they are. Each of our consumers is treated like they are one of our own family member. We take care of them with respect and empathy.  

I work monday through Friday 9 to 5 with the nicest ladies in Boston. We always work together to resolve the problems of the day. lots of caregivers come in to talk to us and seek guidance with their issues. 

The training was decent and you learn a lot as you go, there is so much to learn and see. I love working in healthcare now, it is always so important to do a great job so people are cared for.

Worst and most unorganized company I have ever seen… The office staff is just ok. There is no support you are left pretty much to figure out everything on your own.. They are so unorganized no one knows if there coming or going.. You ask questions and never get the answers but then they get mad when the job is not getting done… All I can say is run don’t waste your time because they go through employees like water… Horrible work environment!!!!

This company trains new hires in 1-1 situations while allowing the individual to explore new ways to accomplish their goals in an individualized manner. Self-motivation and learning are encouraged and lauded.
