This is the sort of opportunity I have been searching for! I have much experience in the hospitality industry (an industry I fell in love with) but felt there was something missing. Upon relocating I assumed I’d find my place in the hospitality field again but also tried interviewing for positions I typically would’t just to see if something else could peak my interest. I suppose the rest is history but I found everything I was looking for and more with All Options Health. The support from business partners and leadership is unmatched from any of my previous employment. The culture creates a loving, empowering and rewarding environment with compensation to match. I am excited to wake up everyday to continue growing my career knowing there are no limits!

All Options has been an encouraging and engaging environment to learn and succeed in. I came in as an introvert by all means, and working here has given me the confidence to become an extrovert, which in and of itself is priceless. This is a position where you get out directly what you put in, which I love. The office and management are consistently supportive and uplifting, while promoting accountability and responsibility.  Besides the ability to earn a high income in your 1st year, there are numerous ancillary benefits to working here, like the camaraderie between colleagues, the competitive urge to become the best version of yourself, and the dinners that are paid for on a weekly basis. Best decision I've made in a long time.

I have been working here for two months, and it’s been the most life changing experience ever. I have noticed so much personal development and skills that I have learned. I really enjoy coming into the office each day and being surrounded with hard working people. Everyone is very supportive and encourages each other to succeed. I like that there is a flexible work life balance, even though most days you are working long hours. If you put in the work, you will be greatly rewarded and recognized. In conclusion, All Options Health has been the best job that I have ever worked at. The culture, the rewarding opportunities, and the support from everyone are just a few of the many positives of working here. 

Definitely the best job I’ve ever applied for. This will be the last career you’ll ever have. Leadership is the most unique things at this place, everybody wants to see you do and be better. The hours don’t feel long like a 9-5, the time goes by so fast you feel like they’re isn’t enough time in the day. The amount of money you can make is limitless as long as you hustle and work hard. Energy in office is energetic and definitely a vibe. This isn’t an average office job, you are your own boss. The way you grow and the person you become is one of the best side effects of this job. If you don’t come from money or want to change your family’s life than this is the opportunity. Take advantage of opportunity !

Working in this role is immensely rewarding yet highly demanding. For committed and ambitious individuals, the significant financial and professional rewards make it appealing despite its challenges. However, these rewards require a considerable time investment, with long hours and a high-pressure environment that challenges work-life balance. This job is not for those seeking a typical 9-to-5 experience.

The most enjoyable part of this job is the fact that you are able to make your own schedule, work wherever you decide (they prefer the office) and they give you lots and lots of support as long as YOU COMMUNICATE. Closed mouths DO NOT get fed, if you’re looking to become the beat version of yourself and really MEAN IT, this is the place for you. If you are a quitter or like the “wage” lifestyle, STAY AWAY. But if you are what everyone would consider a hustler, try it out, you will not regret your decision.

A typical day at work is coming in at 8, doing some dialing and follow ups. Followed then by running leads, go get lunch and then more dialing, ramp ups and follow ups. The job itself and culture has strengthened both my intellectual and personal self. The constant support from others pushing everyone to do their very best everyday. The hardest apart of the job at first were the hours you have to put in but once you get the ball rolling it becomes second nature. The most enjoyable part of the job to me is seeing everyone around you level up and become the best version of themselves. 

Never would I have ever thought this opportunity would be what it has turned into. The difference between who I was as a person VS. who I am today is tremendously different. The growth that this job offers, not only in your career life, but in your personal/social life is unbelievable. You learn how to sharpen up and become a better version of your self each day and it’s a result of the atmosphere, the quality people you’re surrounded by every day, and the skills set taught to you from day one. I would recommend this career for anyone that genuinely wants to lever up and become the best version of them selves!

The learning opportunities are endless. There are always new challenges that help you grow professionally everyday.
