When I first started this job I was really excited, but it quickly was replaced with disappointment and stress. There was little to no communication from management. They were several times I'd show up to one of the locations to work and was sent home because they didn't actually need me. They were unreliable with handling out hours and considering that they were in desperate need of workers, they didn't treat their current employees well at all. I was promised at least 35hrs a week and I was barely getting 15hr with the promise that it would pick up soon. Not worth your time or gas money. 

This is a caregiving job you may have hands on with some of your clients depending on there level of care.You my have to help with bathing , dressing,bath room, walking, getting up and down, meals, housekeeping. The management is great as long as you communicate with them you have no problems.the hardest part of the job is that the clients can sometimes be rude, mean,hurt your feelings not on purpose it's just they are sad about there health declining and that's how they get there feelings out. It's a great place to work with flexibly to fit your needs.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent working for this amazing company. They have quickly become my family and I enjoy learning and growing throughout the company. The Ally management team is composed of extremely caring and compassionate people who make working for this company a true pleasure. I love working with and getting to know each client. I consider it a pleasure to be an Ally team member.

I love working with Ally! I feel part of a great team who is passionate about helping others. Ive learned to grow my skills in customer service, computer competency and communication all while gaining a work family. Ally has challenged me to face my fears such as public speaking and managing but in turn has helped me grow as a professional.

They communicate very well with employees. You are never left in the dark about anything. They are very open about your schedule and you can make your own to fit college life and/or family life

I love working for my company. I have been employed here for 8 years and love it! I feel I have developed a personal relationship with the clients and caregivers! The atmosphere is amazing and I am supported by my owners.

Ally is a great organization with leadership that really cares about each employee and is a rewarding work environment for employees who are interested in being part of a collaborative team.

Overall, work is pretty easy. The most cumbersome part is the driving to client's homes. Leadership is laid back and responsive to issues and/or questions you may have.
