I can’t even begin to express how awful this company is. You will not be trained but expected to do things with having zero direction on how to do it and NOONE in management will ever answer your questions. You will work your butt off making hires and blindly onboarding people with zero direction just to be told they can’t start because someone in leadership didn’t do their part in the onboarding process therefore leading to upset candidates lashing out at you. You’re encouraged to LIE to your candidates in order to trick them into taking the job. Your hires will go weeks at a time without being paid, and despite your best efforts to get it resolved no one cares. They will have you hire anyone with a pulse just to get the job done despite lack of experience and throw them at patients with zero training, they do not care about their patients at all. I’ve never experienced a company that cares so little about their employees or their patients. So disorganized, no one knows what they’re doing or what they’re talking about and most people in upper management quit within a couple weeks. A few people they hired did everything they needed to do for onboarding (it’s a ridiculous amount of work and documents they expect, your own malpractice insurance, NPI number, parchment copy of your license, physical, vaccines, references, etc) and then management just never got back to them and never got back to me despite reaching out several times. Your job will essentially be getting yelled out about not getting paid, not getting trained, or someone getting the job and jumping through hoops for the ridiculous onboarding process and then never hearing back.  Run run run run. 

I left this home care agency due to ongoing concerns with compensation, workload expectations, and the lack of structured management support.
Employees were classified as hourly, yet there was an expectation to work beyond scheduled hours, including on-call shifts, without clear or consistent overtime compensation. During on-call periods, staff were expected to remain available and restricted in movement, while compensation practices lacked transparency and consistency. This raised concerns regarding fairness and compliance.
There was limited access to upper management or formal support when issues arose. Staff were frequently expected to manage escalations, coordinate care issues, and resolve urgent situations without holding a management title, authority, or appropriate compensation.
Staffing and oversight presented ongoing challenges. In my experience, there appeared to be insufficient screening, training, and accountability processes for aides. Frequent call-ins and no-call/no-shows disrupted continuity of care for elderly clients, and these situations were often left for already overextended staff to address without adequate support.
Overall, the level of responsibility placed on employees did not align with the pay or resources provided. The expectation to independently manage complex care coordination and staffing issues without proper leadership contributed to burnout and high turnover.
Prospective employees should carefully review expectations around pay, on-call requirements, responsibilities, and staffing support before accepting a position.

Please be weary before you decide to work here. They constantly pay employees late. Payroll doesn’t answer the phone. Concerns are not listened to by upper management. They will keep adding on different job roles for you to do with no extra compensation. Raises and promotions? Those don’t exist, but will make you think they do. Prepare to meet a quota every week and if you don’t, you will receive written warnings and then be terminated. Upper management only cares about numbers. Never will you be asked how you’re doing. The directors for the northern region do not care at all about their employees. The turnover rate for admin staff is ridiculously high. Also, say goodbye to your life. You won’t have one while working here. If you like micro managing from the director, you’ll love it here. Are you big on communication? Well, that doesn’t exist. Organization? It’s a disaster. Policy’s and procedures are changing every week but no one will tell you. Stress and anxiety is what all the admin staff have.

This company continues to miss the mark with everything they do. They do not listen to the staff around them and make policy changes constantly that they themselves don’t know how to implement correctly. Leadership and management is truly the worst part about this place and the only people who like working there is because nepotism. They do not pay field staff correctly or sometimes at all. It’s disorganized, unmanageable and over all dysfunctional. I watched 4 people get fired in 1 day, it does not allow you to feel secure in your position. They also do not give you separate sick time just 2 weeks of PTO and sick time combined. This is yet again a prime example of a greedy corporate company. Its money over anything else, the difference is the people here don’t hide that and let you know they don’t care about you or the patients they serve. 

This place was so aggressively toxic they encouraged you to screw over everyone the owner and upper management are all about numbers and and getting their money even when it doesn’t make any sense or it hurts the families you take care of or the nurses and aides you work with. Even their appreciation activities are about making money and recruiting. But they won’t give you a raise or respect your time or effort. I have watched employees go to lunch and not return. Multiple staff leave the building crying or cursing out upper management it’s truly such a horrible environment. The few good staff there and you will form a trauma bond as everyone else is just there to protect themselves and their job because if you don’t quit they will fire you 

The agency advertises a certain pay compensation in the listing but will hire  you starting you at a much lower pay rate. They will try to offer you cases for as much as $7 below the pay listed on the posting, very click bait-like strategies to attract nurses into applying with them. They will literally allow you to go through the entire application process with them, submitting all of your information, but then try to place you on difficult cases that don’t even fit into the schedule you’re available for. Oh, and not a  very nice recruiter (unpleasant tone during our communication exchange)

You can take the chance and apply with them if you’re willing to accept any case, any schedule, any location that they want to throw at you, as long as you realize that they’ll try to lowball you on salary, much lower than what they offered on the job listing!

They will find you jobs and they respond to your calls the coordinator that is but the other departments the HR and benefits they don't answer calls nor call u back when you leave a message.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They seem friendly when i visit the office.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I work in the patient home. It was frustrating having to call them to call me a uber to go to and from work .i was always late getting to and from work.sometimes nobody answer untill minutes later.i also hated traveling so far to work.i even had to uber myself a few times and they took weeks to reimbursed me which was very frustrating.

I've been doing this a long, long time. I've worked in hospitals, LTC facilities, and other staffing agencies. I'm an educator, I love working in the field, I love my patients. The workplace environment here is hostile, it is unwelcoming, it is distasteful, and if they treat their staff like this, I wonder how they treat their clients. My office staff/schedulers are not nurses. When I ask to speak to my nursing supervisor, I don't want to tell someone who has no idea what I'm talking about what's going on. I want to talk to my boss. The hardest part of my job is calling the office and the overwhelming dread of dealing with the horrible attitudes of the people answering the phones. 

I would NOT recommend not even my enemy to work at this company. Management is disrespectful,  manipulative and pathological LIARS!!! . Always telling fibs to get you to do more with constant pressure from the higher ups, with broken promises, with no regard for your well being.  Management does not care, and is very belittling to staff. They trick you into thinking it's a great place to work until you settle in you realize is constant chaos, and toxic.  The turn over rate is very high. Most people only work 3 months and then quit. I would NOT recommend working here. 

Supervisors are rude, office and field staff are treated poorly and spoken to very unprofessionally. You are basically never doing enough or doing your job correctly. Cherry on top is that people do not get paid for their work. I was constantly told by field staff that they would not work until they were paid inherently making my job more difficult. More people quit than get hired so remaining staff takes on a lot and they have college students they are conveniently calling interns picking up the slack. So much micromanaging. I constantly heard office staff talking about being afraid of losing their jobs.
